Hello Everyone. Haven't Been much active on this thread but have been watching the show as my Heeriye was crazy about it asking around everyone to watch it.😆😆😆
TBH, I'm not much fond of Farhat Ishtiaq's work as Humsafar was too much fairytail kindish for me, haven't watched DeD so can't comment. The only work I've loved of her so far is Rehaai which was beautiful and realistic with a stellar direction from Mehreen Jabbar and ensemble cast. So far, I'm liking MHMD as though it has a bit of Farhat's signature fairytale touch but still is likeable.
So for characters, Haider Masood, Heeriye you know I told you that I love men and characters who are hot, mature, good sense of Humor with a tinge greyish. Perhaps that's why I love Zaroon, Wali, Asher, Jalebi Jayy and you told me that I may not like Haider from MHMD as he is gold.😆😆😆
But I like him. I mean men like him are s very very rare found and if there are then he's an angel. I like how he is mature and sensitive and understands the emotions if everyone rather than going all cold on them. It certainly takes guts to forget all what Sajjo Khala did to him and still hold no grudges against Almas and her family.⭐️ I like how he genuinely cares about Aiman and its heartwarming to see him doing little things to keep her happy.
Adnan Siddiqui, as my father says is a seasoned actor who knows how to pull of each and every role. Though my top favorite remains Fawad and it wont ever change but Adnan definitely is in my list of favorite actors.
Be it that spineless Faisal from Maat or that Douche Bakhtiyar from Mere Qatil or the sauve Haider Masood, he has it all.😊
Aimen - Honestly, I didn't like her at all in the initial episodes as she came across as a crybaby and a dimwit but now I'm liking how she's growing into a confident girl. The change in her has been good and positive, though I don't approve of all that dependency she has on Haider cuz I'm also of same age as her and I somehow don't like such things as in yesterday she went ballistic after Haider didn't answer her calls. But then, everyone has their own nature and temperament and I guess that's it.
Sanam Jung, I like her and I agree that she has the most beautiful smile. ❤️ She looks very convincing as Aiman, and fits the bill. My father says that I resemble her much with those cheek portions. Although I find her crying a bit annoying.😆😆😆
Almas is my most favorite character from the show and I like how she hasn't been shown as the typical step mother rather treats Aiman with love and respect.👏👏 Indian TV badly need step mother portrayal like her.😆😆 Also, the actress playing her is pretty and has a lovely voice.😳
Sajila is perhaps the biggest example of how love makes you blind and destroys your sanity. She left a man like Haider for a douche like Mazhar and Junaid Khan ki toh kismat hi kharaab hai that he plays such roles.🤣 whatever she did with Haider was unforgivable!😡
Anyway, I don't like her character but it doesn't hurts that Hareem Farooq is beautiful and I love her voice too. ❤️
Fact is I can't tolerate women with high pitched voices.😆😆 Also I love Hareem's hair as it resembles mine a bit. Long, not Brown but black with soft curls.😃
Taufeeq Amaal - I like this character of a typical brooding father who is guilty for not looking after his wife and daughter but I love that deep voice and not to mention, he is good looking too.😳
Apart from them, I also like Bibi and Haider's sister Maria too who are sweet souls.😳 This is what I dissected from watching so far. Will post more If I feel like it.😊
