Shukk is one of the most fast paced drama I have watched. They pack so much in one episode, but at the same time they also show the build up very well.Like Shanaya mentioned the whole progression between Ehteshaam and Sania-Rumi was so beautifully and subtlety shown.⭐️

The only thing IMO they messed up was Sania and Ehteshaam getting married. When I first watched it, I never saw it coming. Wish they had shown that in a more proper manner. Like either Sherish or Ehteshaam having started the divorce proceedings ( coz they show that both only talked abt it). I know they couldn't have shown the divorce as then the story would not have progressed the way it did. Or Ehteshaam and Sania getting engaged to get married, but not marrying. But I guess again that would not have had that much of impact. Another thing is that as far as my knowledge of Islam goes, u need to take consent of your first wife to have a second wife. Again here I guess Ehteshaam planned to end his marriage to Sherish and not have 2 wives simaltaneously, so they didn't show that. Though they did show about Sanai's iddat period, which in other Pak dramas I have never seen.😳

Now coming to Ehteshaam, he has been very clear that what he had with Sherish is over. He made a good point about men too having their respect and how he it was not easy for him too in his work environment coz of all the gossip about him. I loved what he told Sania, when Sania was trying to convince him to give his marriage another shot. He basically said what we in this DT have been discussing about. That some traits of a person wins you over, but some other stuffs make them fall from your eyes and that's exactly what happened with Shersih. Also how he and SHerish could never get the same equation they had before Shreisn's Shukk started and dat Sherish would always doubt him and even if she didn't, then he would feel she was doubting him. And when Sania says marriage is a beautiful thing he cuts her off saying, he knows better than her how beautiful a marriage can be and they both know ugly it can turn into.

Keeping aside my not liking the way the whole Nikaah took place, must say that all 3 of them really deserve this happiness in their lives, after all they have gone through. Again the cute, happy family life was beautifully shown in just a few scenes, which sadly is gonna be a short-lived one with the return of Sherish.

Alright so the "Adeel-Sanam explosive chemistry, electric scenes" ☺️epi aired yesteday I take it..even m not able to catch up with Shukk on TV, but pretty much remember all the epis (Munira ;)
before I begin with the rant, time for some appreciation - the scenes in this one were just hot! I mean I was melting into a puddle watching Adeenam☺️ that intense cupping of her face during the implied proposal and eyelocks, and the kitchen scene had so much raw physical tension OMG☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️ Gawd I was like DAMN! this is so so hot. need to fan myself *swoons*!

I love Ehtashaam=Rumi equation, its cute and pure and the most lovable equation in the whole show..❤️

+++++++++
now rants😈 alright so, Im not okay at all with the marriage, more importantly happening behind the back of Sehrish, whatever be the circumstances, the fact that Ehteshaam had not yet divorced his legally wedded wife, and did not chose to get her permission or inform her for second marriage either is totally not done! if he knew he was not in the wrong, he was innocent all along while he was being Shukk-ed at by Sehrish..and falling in love with Sania was incidental and subsequent to Sehrish leaving, what was the harm in informing Sehrish about it..??? the manner in which the whole thing happened - eventually only makes Sehrish's crazy and outlandish accusations more justified and lended credence to what she was doubting them at ...?? as much as Sehrish screwed up, so did Shaam forget years of togetherness in a very short time..fell out of love quite quickly there..as if the marriage was always on the tenterhooks and waiting to fall apart, it couldnt hold the test of times..

and it was also again cowardly on his part to not face the problem..repeating the same mistake once again, by hiding such vital event..

He behaved in a very hasty manner here in my opinion..not only was it unfair towards Sehrish, it was also highly unfair to Sania..and I have no idea why Sania too went ahead with the marriage, despite being in the know how that Sehrish and Shaam are yet to divorce or have a proper discussion around it

++++++++++++++
the question I have for discussion/ opinions is...when in a relationship, when a partner starts to become insecure/ jealous/ uncomfortable with the presence of third person..what is the better alternative for the person under consideration - should he/ she keep distance from that third person..or remain pally with him/ her?

Regarding, your question Hiroo, If I had been in Sehrish' place after knowing about Sania and Stuff, I wouldn't have gone beserk like she did.
Rather, I would have talked it out with him rather than jumping to conclusions. Would have asked her highness Maham to stay outta this as its our matter and then, the most important trusted him and myself and our love. It isn't that men are all cheaters.

Also would have thought a 1000 times before doing what she did and then trusted the girl who was his ex fiance too. I mean it would have been some danger if she was unmarried till now, but then she's married and has a kid too.

Ehteshaam has always been very supportive of Sherish. Lets leave out Sania from the scenario for the time being, but even in the very first episode we saw how much Shaam loved and doted on Sherish. From the beginning we r shown Sherish flying off the handle, like she thinking Shaam forgot their anniversary and fuming about it, or listening to Maham about Ehteshaam having some liaison with a colleague or blurting out intimate details of Shaam consulting a doctor for getting himself tested or her over doing it with Maham's child and been rudely rebuked by Maham. For each and every instance Shaam makes her understand her mistakes, but his love for her is very much evident. So it's Shaam who is shown the mature and sensible one in their marriage. And as I have mentioned, he tells Sania exactly that, that there are certain 'aadaaien' that makes u end up liking a person. And Shaam really did love Sherish and overlooked and also indulged her immature behavior.

Also Shaam knew that they being childless affected Sherish a lot and again here Sherish wld think that this wld make Shaam love her less, but he always reassured her on this front too.

But then IMO he was most hurt when Sherish to get back at him and defy him went down the stairs and lost the baby. When she informs him that they lost the baby because of that, he literally took a step back and was extremely hurt and in pain when he heard that. He literally broke down after that. So guess that just made him be critical of Sherish for the first time.

Coming to your question, how was Shaam expected to keep a distance from Sania? I mean they never were close. First Sherish wanted him to prove his innocence by firing Sania from her job. Which obviously he refused. Then the shooting incident happened, which made things worse and after that Sania put in her resignation, but before that could appease Sherish, Shersih told her Shukk to Ali which ended Sania's marriage. After that Ehteshaam started feeling responsible for Sania and guess by this point he was so pissed with Sherish that he was not interested in indulging her.

Yes Ehteshaam was stubborn about not distancing himself from Sania, but his logic was that as it was his wife who was responsible for Sania's dire straits, he had to help her. In all this many a times he tired to remind Sherish abt his love for her and also make her understand, but every time reacted adversely and dis made Shaam give up on trying to explain to her.

BTW as I had once mentioned and since we have come to this portion, just wanted to say that I know of a similar case in real life too.

Last year I had gone to my brother's place for summer hols and his neighbor had something very similar. His neighbor was engaged with someone else, but broke the engagement as he loved someone else and he married this girl he loved and they now have college going kids. Now after all these years he meets the female he was engaged to, who too is married with grown kids and they have fallen in love and now both have left their respective spouses to marry each other. OK that was last year, never did ask what happened and if they got married or not or whether they patched up with their own spouses. 😳

@Munira Do Wow Life is really stranger than Fiction.
BTW, basically what I wanted to say is the reason why I love Pak Dramas is that they show evolvement and developing of feelings very realistically and beautifully..⭐️⭐️ Be It ZGH, Humsafar, Shukk or any other drama they have shown the married leads or unmarried ones too developing feelings gradually rather than with stupid hold fall and all that shit Indian Soaps show.
It isn't that we didn't have dramas with Shukk's concept made here but they were degraded to crap. I can't even imagine Nor want to imagine how they would have shown feelings developing between Sania Ehteshaam. Here they beautifully showed Rumi playing a major part.⭐️⭐️

Thankfully these days, soaps are made with limited episodes but family viewership has gone worse as they still show crap in the name of romance and on screen kisses and more have become a trend.🤢🤢
Thanks To Zindagi I'm able to keep myself and my eyeballs clean along with some heavy drooling. 😆😆😆

I'm a sucker for subtle romance hence that's why ppl came out with a bazooka when I said that I even don't find the Turkish show up to mark!! 😆😆😆 We've had that many shows of this concept and I'm tired of that College Wala Passionate Romance!
Let's experience things as they happen in real life eh?! 😳😳

For Shukk I like how sensitively and aesthetically they have handled a mature subject and did not make the feelings that developed between Ehteshaam and Sania cheap or repulsive, but a very natural progression.
Shanaya , when I watch Shukk and see how much they pack into one epi, I go to thinking if this were an Indian soap, especially the Ekta type, how they would have drawn out these each of these events for in endless episodes.😆
