It was very confusing actually. I havnt deciphered the dialogue yet after watching it so many times. I do think it was kind of a blooper and Rafia was talking about sidra only. She also told hope you will also become a mother soon. Toh its not possible that they were talking about kashaf having a son. Moreover kadhaf said hum sidra se milne auenge.

Kashaf did not know abt her pregnancy until she visoted the doc imo as her instant reaction was of disbelief, shock and confusion.

Okay so we have more doubts now 😆

Doubt 1 : When did they consummate? 😆

Doubt 2: When was the last time ? (Zoha! 🤣)

Doubt 3: Was it during the honeymoon phase or the gussa phase? 🤣

Doubt 4 : When did Kashaf get to know she's pregnant?

Disha aose sawal ke jawab toh sirf zaroon aur kashaf hi de sakte hai. Otherwise think appropriate answer as per your imgination.

But kashaf knowing regarding that, she was not feeling well which she will share with her mother while visiting her in karachi during jhagda phase and then will go to doc to know that she is expecting.

Spoiler alert: it will finally break the cold war and not on talking terms season between zashaf. Nice scenes coming up. Zaroon is a caring husband and an adorable father to be.

Fawad must be a real good father in real life. He has such natural endearing good father-like aura.

funny thing is that i am almost like him.. we share alot of things in common Disha

Saggittarians, introverts, he almst entered the field i am doing at uni for honors degree 😆 etc
