I really hope survi doesn't leave in the train, but i have heard she will because of the darn crossover episode with ek tha raja... come to think of it this is ridiculous considering YVR is set in present times and ETRETR is set during the pre-independence period of india. The article about the special episode says survi will meet gayatri who lives in amerkot, and survi is catching the train to amerkot so she will obviously go there for the special episode and meet gayatri where something will happen and survi will decide she wants to fight for karthik's love, so in all probability she will return back to karthik.
Post survi returning to karthik I think he will ask survi and srikanth to live with him (this defo won't go down well with tai and the devil spawns). Once survi starts living with karthik again i think they will become close friends again like before but their bond will be stronger due to karthik's guilt of hurting survi plus her staying away from him for years and he will slowly start falling in love with her (although i already see he has but hasn't come to any form of realisation and he thinks he feels that way about her coz their friends). Amidst this i feel there will be a jealousy track with simran seeing the close bond between the two of them, although i'm not sure how aniket will be with survi post finding out that the girl simmi who he was falling for was actually survi, so can't tell whether he will be jealous or will go back to his old days of torturing survi.
I did hear that simran's character is meant to be negative so i feel she will turn negative seeing the close bond between karvi or maybe after seeing all this her mother might start instigating her against survi and she will start trying to create misunderstandings between them.
Whatever it may be, one thing for sure is that the upcoming episodes from now on are going to be an absolute joy to watch as the focus will be on karvi's love story and will show karthik falling in love with survi and trying to get close to her <3
