I actually in NO WAY think this is going to happen and in NO WAY do I want it to.
If Karthik does manage to injure Survi considerably, and if she ends up in a coma, then what if simultaneously Lata wakes up? And tells Karthik the truth of Survi? He would feel incredibly guilty whilst Survi was in coma
I in no way want this to happen, because it would leave the show with no plot, it would ruin it completely, I would absolutely hate for something like this to happen.
I feel like I'm jinxing show just by making this post...
