Bold- If they go for surrogacy the baby won't be hers, Biologically and Legally right? Not that it would stop her from saying this though.Originally posted by: Stardust91
Is this rule for commercial surrogacy. Commercial surrogacy involves contracts where the lady who carries the child has to sign contracts to say she will give the parents their child. There is exchange of money.
I wish DKP would go the adoption way..I am really not OK with Kuhu carrying MishBir's embryo/foetus and then giving the baby to MishBir. She will make sure she reminds MishBir at EVERY opportunity that she did them SUCH A BIG FAVOUR. I also do not want KuKu's first baby to be handed over to MishBir because again it will NOT be MishBir's baby. They may say that they are the baby's Nand-Yashoda BUT Kuhu will always remind them that the baby is HER BABY.
DKP, I beg of you -- LET my MishBir adopt a baby. If that baby stays with Abir all the time; he/she will become Abir jaise baaton walla baby...and they will learn to look beyond genetic similarities so Abir will love that baby so much that he won't care about "tere jaisi aankhon wale".
Someone the other day mentioned adoption based on This Is Us which is an American show; Grey's anatomy's titular character's first child in the show is also adopted.
Underlined- Exactly. If they wanted to break the norms they could have shown Mishbir considering adoption from the beginning NOT as a last resort.
