Diyuuu....I agree with evetything you have said except for haldi thing.....
Its not even a comparison.......
During haldi kaand she hurt her family more than Abir...she left for sure but not permanently.....she wanted to leave until the shaadi was over. Also she didnt chose Kuhu...she wanted the shaadi to be over peacefully and didnt want anyone to blame her for breaking the marriage....In a way she wanted to repay her family for everything they had done.....
Also she didnt give up on Abir.....she was hopeful that they would meet again ...she also left a letter with Jugnu.....Also when Abir came to fetch her in the airport she gave in easily...she didnt think abt anyone else......
My point is Mishti didnt burn all the bridges for a comeback.......she wanted to comeback and have a relationship with Abir. Plus they werent in a committed relationship during that time and didnt make any promises to each other.....
So it was easier to forgive her for what she had done.
But Abir during his breakup hurt Mishti the most.....first infront of his family(that was kinda of impulsive but still ). Still the girl wasnt convinced and went to him.......
My problem with Abir stems from here...like he didnt give in to her.....she was pretty persuasive....and was trying so hard. In addition, to add insult to the injury he started saying things that would definitely push her away.....what was the girl supposed to do when he had already given up? In short he burnt all bridges for a comeback.......Even if mishti had understood and stood around and fought nothing would have come out of it, when abir had already decided to give up!!!
Okay.....if something really happened at the airport like abir confessed and they went for a mutual separation then abir can be redeemed.
So in any scenario it is upto Mishti to try and convince Abir to give their relationship a chance....direct approach would never work (hence nish is here) .....he needs to understand his pain and suffering is only going to get worse......and he cant protect Kunal lifelong at the cost of his happiness!!!
mini i'm only comparing the reasoning of both situation... if she can do things for kuhu n her life why cant abir do this for kunal... thats what i said...
mini actually she decided not to confess to abir n gave up first n chose kuhu n expected abir to understand her n come for her... after doing the haldi khaand and seeing abir trust on her even after that she regretted n wanted to give that one percent chance right... she realized only after doing everything... i only took the choosing part there that is to explain that the reason for break up is comparatively logical than the haldi fiasco... coming to humiliation there it was about family n mishti and here its about mishti n abir...
and coming back mish expected to get back she wanted to take chance only after the shaadi happened right... its a short term thing n she expected him to somehow find truth n come for her.. and it was totally in abirs hand to come or not..
here its about kunal secret which abir is trying to guard whole life so why will he want to take up the chance.. he wants to let go of mishti entirely not to get back after sometime... its a long term thing so he will not want to go back n he is firm in his decision... it can be solved only if mishti gets to know about the truth about what meenu did n kunal parul thing...
i dont want mishti to fight with abir to give relationship a second chance .. finding the truth is what is important... the understanding on why abir did this is important.. and then she can make it hard for abir to get back is ok with me.. but abir running behind her before truth is known or mish taunting abir before understanding why he did i dont want both..
