I totally agree with you

For me i have just seen 2 years of yeh rishta kya khelata hai so i have no idea who is mishti and kuhu how she joit the family as far i know shoria and varsha had one baby and that was ananya .. for mr its very confusing

Mishti is Naira's dad's brother's (Naman) daughter. Naman is the son of Naitik's dad's brother. Naman was a bad guy, cheated Naitik and went to jail. Devyani (Naman's mom) breaks ties with him and sends Mishti to stay with Naira's nani as she doesn't want Naman to have any kind of relationship with their family via Mishti. That's why Mishti keeps saying no one will stay with you forever. Also Mishti is the who helped Kartik and Naira in their love story.
