There is some procedure like counselling and all.

As per my knowledge mutual petition ke baad bhi there is a 6 months time which court will grant for divorce

Normally toh fast track divorce aise cases mai hota nahi hai.

Dusre log hote kaun hai kiara ke liye kya sahi kya galat yeh judgement pass karne wale !!!

Apna judgement baki sabko apne paas he rakhna chahiye! And dusro ko bhi samaj na chahiye iss baat ko ki har jagah apna opinion thopna zaruri nahi hota.

Normally to marriage /divorce are very personal decision jaha maximum parents ko bolne ka right hota hai, yeh baki ke relatives kudd pade types nahi hota and abhira armaan ka toh yeh hamesha ka hota hai ki dusro ke fatte mai pair daal kar apna opinion thopna he hota hai. Same scene uss baal baccha wale dev ke time bhi hua tha jaha abhira ko yeh tha ki baal baccha wala ke sath charu ko love hai so nobody should have objection so ab yeh bhi maanoki kiara ko divorce nahidena toh uss ladki ko e decide karne do apan bhala bura.
