Only altruistic surrogacy is allowed—commercial surrogacy remains banned.

Altruistic Surrogacy only (no direct financial benefit to the surrogate mother) is allowed as per surrogacy in Indian law.

Kjo and ekta and tushar wanted commercial surrogacy hence they went to foreign.

I am sure if the surrogacy happens the way we think is going to happen then yeah, the possibility of "Ruhaan" is high for clown and delulu's child. And I am kinda sure that it will not be Ruhi who will suggest the name but the kaandclown.

She will be like - meri Ruhi didi ne mere aurr mere toxic delulu husband ke baby ko 9 months tak apni body mein nurture kiya, so unka connection with the baby, baaki sab se 9 months zyada hai so baby's name will be "Ruhaan"
