Women are more than incubator for babies. Manipulating someone emotionally or taking advantage of their weak financial condition inorder to make them carry a baby which is not their own and subsequently snatching it via contract is inhumane and primitive.

I have my mom cousin who adopted 2 kids abonded at a hospital one was a boy ( 3 days old)coz he was dark and has jaundice and chances of survival was less..my uncle said he would legally adopt ..the cops helped him and the kid survived and 3 years later near a dustbin a girl ( newly born the umbilical cord was der ) that also he adopted..now elder kid has just finished engineering in free govt seat and landed a decent Job ..the girl is doing some para medical course..he encouraged so many peep in our community

Regarding surrogacy - yep agreed with thukkad shahi and I don't even support family surrogacy, that's so unfair on the woman who carried the baby and has to see baby growing up to another woman in family. Sometimes mother also don't feel the connect cause she didn't give birth.

Adoption is India is a joke. They have 1001 chutiya rules and they also let suffer these kids to their orphanage and homes where we all know what kinda disgusting things happen. Also some couples want their own flesh and blood, I used to think regressive but what do I know their wish their choice.

Somewhat controversial opinion bt we really don't need more kids in this world. Especially our desi society is always dying for marriage and kids and atlst i guess in this very thread we will find people who never wanted to be born bt they had to live cause their parents decided it. Expecting same people to raise more babies is just cruel. If it's not happening maybe it's god's wish.
