Real life? Lol, you are talking about the show in case you forgot, in the show Akshara was convicted for lying in Abhir's birth certificate and naming him as Abhinav's child without biological father's consent that's the real law

Mother and father have equal rights on the child, the archaic notion of mother being the only care provider for the child is deep rooted in internalised misogyny.

Abhimanyu would get Abhir's custody in every world because Akshara and Abhinav were negligent, he literally saved Abhir's life, Akshara and Abhinav had raised him to live in fear, a child couldn't share that he had life threatening disease with his parents, he shared his problems with Abhimanyu because his parents continuously shoved their financial problems in his face

Mother? A mother who turned off her phone after her son was in a life threatening accident, that's the mother you are talking about? Abhir tried calling her but couldn't connect, dude had to live life as an orphan was tortured for food, while his mother wiped out his existence

Abhinav who told his son that he is a burden, Abhinav who shared the truth of Abhimanyu being his father as if a demon was going to take him away, Abhinav who didn't care about mental well being of Abhir, he deserved custody?

The only one cares about Abhir was Abhimanyu who had to give up his rights for his son's happiness, which he shouldn't have because his son would have lived a stable life away from Akshara and Abhinav because Akshara forgot about him as soon as she had Abhinav's daughter, they didn't need Abhir

Only in Rajan's show, mothers get away with all crimes because they are mothers like Akshara did and now Vidya did while victims are guilt tripped for seeking their legal rights

Where akshara was abs wrong was to keep abhir away from abhimanyu . She had the option to come clean , get in agreement with abhimanyu & not put abhir through this trauma , avoid the court case.. but they were too arrogant to think that case would be in their favour ...as a father he would also want to be with his son & akshara had no grounds to stop him frm meeting abhir...nobody can deny he was a good father to abhir & he loved him as much .

Basically whatever happened after the custody case , if it happened before , akshu ko gyan prapti ho jaati toh ye hota nai..

Irl Navra would've faced far worse repercussions and if not jail term, they would’ve been charged several lakhs as compensation. That’s the only thing Rajan showed right. Criminals getting punished. but in both the seasons it didn’t serve any purpose. Criminals were hailed, Victims were made to suffer and feel guilty for getting justice. Criminals emotionally manipulated everyone and won.

Bold - this is what happens when you don’t watch the show from the start and make your own stories. The divorce paper was made during Khera track but never signed and submitted to court as Abhira patched up. It’s similar to how despite signing Ab hasn’t submitted the papers to court.

Red - maybe Rajan a gave special screening for Navra fans where Ak was kicked out of Birla House. And obviously Ak didn’t have a family and GH to stay till matters cooled. It’s completely normal of her to hop on a bus and randomly stay with a stranger,

Blue - yes Abhimanyu would've still been given Abhir’s custody coz navra had committed paternity fraud and weren’t financially stable to give Abhir a good upbringing. Also one call and a half baked effort can’t be termed as constantly refusing to listen to her calls for reconciliation. It’s 21st century, message, fax, letter, email unfortunately exists. She could and should’ve tried to inform Abhi about his son coz it’s his bloody right to know..

All couple working out is not the case, Akshara was legally bound to reveal the existence of Abhir during divorce proceedings but she and Abhinav chose to lie instead.

Exactly ..she should've revealed it to abhim that abhir is his son ..but God knows what drove her into lying & hiding , it went from bad to worse n everyone suffered..she was angry on abhim, she feared he'll take away abhir , or may be she didn't wanna reconcile or did want to reconcile , whatever the case may be , she shouldn't have lied about abhir..at one point she and abhin planned to take away abhir to USA without abhim knowing he's his son , that was so so wrong ..if she's confident abt her decision of not reconciling , if she loves abhin and she truly moved on, let the father and son have a normal rishta at least ..prepare the child for the truth but she purposely made everything complicated

Usually men don't get custody easy ..but here birth record fraud, abir health and ak financial situation not being well enf to deal with his health and give him a better life.

I know a few cases where father got custody due to above reasons

Abhinav had some flaws but still he knew where to draw boundaries. He was very kind. People tell her did paternity fraud. Well he always said it's Akshara decision to tell Abhimanyu about Abhir. She chose not to. Infact he asked Akshara to talk to Abhimanyu. His only issue was he over trusted that trashy guy and that's why he died who cunningly gave him drinks on his bday and behaved he is drinking too.

Akshara atleast was not running to this trashy guy when he threw divorce papers on her and instead chose to live separate life. She got married and settled with a nice person instead of running behind him. She lost her senses maybe times too like for manjiri she was ready to abort Abhira. As soon as Abhinav died she became another nibbi senseless lady.

This is where Abhira lacks. Roohi was taunting her but still she was her Pyaari behna. Abhira was Pyaar Bhai for only one day. Vidya will be her Pyaari maa forever and Armaan less said better. This girl spoke about self respect when she threw divorce papers to Armaan but whatever she speaks or supports only stays for few days. It's very hard to trust her actions.

Atleast good to see Abhinav fans calls spade a spade and don't support Abhira just because of her parentage. But if it was Roohi and Abhimanyu instead of Abhira and Armaan we would have seen 100's of supporting posts as well.

When court has given a verdict then making victims feel bad for winning is not justified but both Akshara and Abhinav did it to Abhimanyu, Abhimanyu was fighting in court for his rights, he won, fair and square because Akshara and Abhinav did wrong

why are you still talking about Gen 3 . Simple Abhimanyu won the case because the writers wanted him to. My sister is a lawyer and I asked her about the case , she said there is no way Abhimanyu would have won In such a situation but ofcourse ITV just wanted to show nonsense as usual.
