This show has degraded af after the solid writing of Akshnav. The Singhanias and Maheshwaris were regressive af but they evolved and changed. Became supportive.

After that season, this show has successive bahu aur biwi ko pratadit karo karyakrama. I KNOW Abhira trauma-bonded with Armaan but crying over someone who was cursing het due to infertility issues, actively abused her, and hit her brother then left him to die. It was an accident that she could rectify entirely by taking him to a hospital. Abhira is such a pick-me right now and guilt-tripping her brother in defence of their abuser when she has a family as a safety net.

She has none of Abhinav or Akshara's good quality.

Oh good lord. A mother is the first person who has legal rights over the child she risked to birth. Paternity fraud is when you are befrauded to give legal rights to a child without your consent. Akshara never lied to Abhinav about Abhir's paternity. There was no paternity fraud. Lol. It is a civil suit. In India, in no real sense, would Abhimanyu get Abhir's custody especially after abandoning Abhir's mother after her medical trauma and constantly refusing to listen to her calls for reconcliation.

Do you think any court thinks that a person who had divorce papers ready in case his wife goes through miscarriage is the most stabilizing parenting figure to a child who had already seen and grew up in a happy family? Lol.

All Akshara had to do was she didn't feel it safe for her unborn child to be around people who had kicked her out of her marital house (a form of domestic violence) and any court in the world would rule in her favour.

Only in Rajan Shahi's show could Abhimanyu win a custody case like Abhir would be shown as selfish brother after getting magically cured of spinal paralysis. Things that are impossible in real life.

Even if something like this had happened in reality Abhimanyu would have won through and through for a 100 reasons.

@bold- she did exactly that.She gave away Abhimanyu's legal rights over his son to a stranger which is paternity fraud.

@orange-Abhimanyu did not have papers with him to divorce Akshara for the miscarriage,they were the papers from the first separation when Akshara had ran away for his surgery to take place.Which show have u guys watched huh?

Honestly, child is a property of none. A child is a human being of their own who is legally under the guardianship of adults till 18. Legally, in India, for most goverment processes, you don't need a father's name. No one can force a mother to produce a father's name in any document lol.

If Akshara didn't feel that her unborn child and she would be safe with a guy who was violently breaking furnitures and whose mother was berating her as a murderer while Akshara went through miscarriage, no court in India at least would give custody to Abhimanyu or think Akshara "befrauded" him. Because she, as a mother, was acting in the best interest of her and her child's physical and mental safety. No court in the world would willingly put a child in the custody of an irratic, ustable, and angry man over a happy, stable family.

Let's not go over how he up and disappeared on Ruhi once he realised Abhir was his biological kid despite knowing how much she depended on him for emotional stability.

More than that, he'd still have to pay child support being his biological father. And Akshara was still entitled to her share of Goenka property. So that.

Abhira = Akshara/Abhinav in all ways.. She was too good before falling in love with Armaan.. Post her love with armaan she caught his disease of always wanting to please his family members..
