Chapter 5: Anger

Abhira angrily walked back inside Poddar Mansion.Even Vidya and Manisha seemed perplexed at her anger and prayed for the safety of her and Armaan's relation...Abhira put her files down angrily on the study and decided to take a shower to calm down.Abhira who had been working at Poddar and Poddar Firms since past year was handling a rape case.Armaan knew about it and still today took the case away from her and when she tried to argue,he angrily told her that he was the MD of Poddar Firms and he decided the cases.....Abhira unknowingly clutched the glass tightly and before she could realize it,the glass broke and Abhira hurt herself if the broken glass.....Krish who had seen his bhabhi hurt immediately went got the first aid box and made Abhira sit on the bed....He wiped away all the blood and was thankful that her wound had not burst open otherwise she would require stitches.....He tied the bandage carefully like a pro...

Krish (softly)-Bhabhi aap theek hai na ? Itna gussa ?

Abhira (nodding)-Kuch nahi hai Krish.Something between your bhai & me.Thanks a lot for the dressing Krish.

Krish (asking)-Bhabhi I wont push because aapke aur bhai ke beech ka matter hai so I wont ask you much.Par agar kuch bhi ho,aapki Chorus Gang aapke saath hai.

Abhira smiled and hugged him.But Krish had noticed that Abhira's smile didnot reach her eyes like usually it happened.Charu who had seen Krish came out of Abhira's room asked if Abhira was alright.Krish puzzled asked as to what she was talking about,thats when Charu informed Krish as to how Armaan had taken Abhira's case away.Krish was angry at Armaan.Charu further revealed that Kaveri had asked Armaan to take the case away from Abhira and give it to Rohit.The Chorus Gang had decided to support their Abhira bhabhi.Unknowingly Abhira had heard everything and was now furious at Armaan....

Vidya and Manisha who were in kitchen along with Abhira,noticed her injury in her hand..Both grew very worried about their children.Vidya and Manisha glanced at each other before Manisha approached Abhira.

Manisha (worriedly)-Abhira beta ye chot ?

Abhira (nodding)-Kuch nahi hai Chachisa,glass ka tukda lag gaya tha,Krish ne dressing kar di hai.Dont worry.

Abhira helped Manisha and Vidya in the kitchen however went to her room after helping,right now too angry to even look at Armaan or even look at him...Armaan who had just came back from work expected very angry Abhira but faced cold Chorus Gang and Vidya even told him about injury on Abhira's hand.Armaan rushed towards their room to see Abhira's hand,he knew she would be beyond angry but some things were beyond him.He noticed Abhira on the study table writing a letter on the laptop.After completing the letter,Abhira stood up and decided to go to sleep when she noticed Armaan sitting on the bed.She bypassed him was going to go to sleep,when Armaan held her hand trying to see her injury...

Armaan (frantic,trying to check her hand)-Abhira theek ho na tum...Ye chot...

Abhira (taking her hand back)-DONT !! PLEASE JUST DONT...... Ye jhoota dikhava karne ki koi zaroorat nahi hai Armaan....Agar mai mar bhi jao na toh bhi agar dadisa tumse kahegi na toh tum meri taraf bhi nahi dekhoge...So please rehne do.....

Armaan (angrily)-Tumhe lagta hai ki mai dikhava kar raha hu ? Is that what you think of my love for you ? And how dare you talk about dying or hamari ladai mai Dadisa beech mai kaha se aa gayi......

Abhira (angrily)-Unhi ki kehne par tumne ye case Rohit ko diya hai ? Haina ? Mujhe nahi pata tha ki Poddar Firms me Junior lawyers are expected to prepare cases for Rohit.Warna mai kabhi join nahi karti.My biggest mistake.....(taking a huge breath,angrily)-And you know Rohit se ye case handle bhi nahi hoga.....sab kuch ready karke dene ke bavajood Rohit will not be able to handle the case.Aur mai aapna career Rohit ke liye barbaad nahi karne wali.....I WILL NOT BE SOMEBODY WHO WILL BE AT THE SERVICE OF ROHIT PODDAR.

Armaan (angrily)-Abhira !! Rohit ko pata bhi nahi hai ki...Tum usse kyu ghaseet rahi ho......

Abhira (sarcastically)-No I am sorry Armaan,ki maine iss shaadi ke liye hai kaha,ye jaante hui ke tum dadisa ke alava kisi ki nahi parwah karte......Lekin itna yaad rakhna Armaan mai bahut pyaar karti hu tumse but that doesnot mean ki mai tumhe mujhe for granted lene doogi........Mai nahi Manisha hu nahi Vidya.....I will walk out if and when necessary......Change your ways Armaan Poddar or else......

Abhira angrily stormed off to sleep and despite Armaan's request did not come down to eat,eventually even he did not go to eat.He had lost his appetite.Did Abhira honestly think that giving him chance was a mistake ? He glanced over at Abhira,he sat near her bed and kissed her on her forehead.....he loved her so very much,first time since his mother Shivani had passed honestly.....He knew he had made a mistake agreeing to Kaveri.........he slept lightly hugging Abhira.....He didnt even realize when he possessively hugged Abhira.......Early morning when Abhira woke up she saw she was in arms of her husband who had tightly held her. Abhira slowly woke up and went to freshen up and sent the resignation email from the laptop.She was not going to work for Rohit.That was clear......While Abhira was in the shower,Armaan woke up to sound of email on his phone.He opened his eyes widely on reading the letter.....He saw Abhira ready in her formals with her wet hair......Armaan turned her around by her hand....

Armaan (showing)-Abhira ye kya hai ? You are resigning ?

Abhira (angrily)-Maine kal raat hi kaha tha ki mai.....I am done Armaan.....Mujhe Dadisa mere office ke matters mai aur mere bedroom ke matters dono jagah nahi chahiye....I agreed for the job only because she forced me,aur aab dikh raha hai kyu.She thought mere zareeye woh Rohit ka career baneyge ? That is not going to happen.....

When Abhira and Armaan went downstairs for breakfast Abhira saw that Kaveri had already read the letter.She smiled widely at Kaveri.Vidya fed Abhira and Armaan a little bit more.Her children were hungry since last night.Rohit knew what was happening and was feeling guilty that because of him his bhai and bhabhi were fighting.Kaveri angrily asked:

Kaveri (angrily)-Abhira tum resign kar rahi ho ?

Abhira (angrily)-I am sorry dadisa par mera career Rohit ke liye nahi hai.Mera career mere liye hai.Case already mil chuka hai.So I wish you and Rohit a best of luck for handling that case.......Aap aapne pote ke chakkar mai mujhe aur Armaan ko bhidwane ki koshish kar rahi hai ? I am done.

Abhira angrily stood up the breakfast table and went away for her meeting with the headhunter...Armaan to left without eating.While Vidya knew the matter,she didnt know the matters had become worse between Abhira and Armaan because of that......She got angry at Kaveri.While she respected her mother-in-law she would not tolerate Kaveri playing with her son's marriage....

Vidya (angrily)-Masa aapko koi haq nahi tha iss tarah se Armaan aur Abhira ke beech khade rehne ka.....Rohit ki madad karne ki liya aapne Armaan ki life mai aag laga di.....Waah !!

Madhav (admonishing)-Arre kaisi madad Vidya.Agar asisa cases degi na aap Rohit ko toh sooner or later partner,juniors firm chod dege Masa....Aapki galti hai pamper karne ke chakkar mai you didnt train Rohit properly....Abhira ka case ye ladka handle nahi kar payega aur aap toh usse Armaan ke level tak pahuchana chahti hai....

Vidya (angrily)-Armaan ke level tak pahuchne ke liye Rohit ko kadi mehnnat aur concentration chahiye....Aur pamper karke,sab haat mai deke aapne iss bigada hai......Mere bacche bina kuch khaye chale gaye.....Sirf aapki wajah se Ma sa......

Kaveri clenched her fingers hearing Madhav and Vidya blame her but they were correct.Abhira was her daughter-in-law so she had thought that she would not say anything but she resigned and in similar fashion others too would resign......Abhira's meeting with the headhunter went great.She mentioned one offer from Dev Shekhwat.Abhira decided to take the interview....Abhira went home and saw preparations for a party going on.....This made her more angry....Vidya who had seen Abhira was just about to say something when Abhira angrily retorted....

Abhira (angrily)-Wow ye accha hai, pati-patni ke beech aag lagaye aur phir party karo....

Abhira angrily went away,truth to be told Vidya didnt feel bad about what Abhira said.It was true,Ma sa had them fight and was throwing party for Christmas....Armaan who had heard what Abhira said,he genuinely felt sorry for Vidya.Abhira was angry at him and Kaveri...and Vidya had been receipient of the anger...

Armaan (calling her out)-Ma sorry woh Abhira ne jo kaha usske liye....

Vidya (shushing him)-Armaan mujhe uss baat ka burah nahi laga beta because what she said was true actually.....But I am worried for you two.Armaan tujhe sirf Abhira par focus karne ki zaroorat hai....aur tere rishte par.....Mujhe darr hai ki masa ki harkato se kahi Abhira iss parivaar se hi nafrat na karne lage....Tu uske liye sab kuch hai,after Akshara ji,tujhese door hona uske baska nahi beta.....

Armaan was in deep thoughts hearing Vidya,it was true wasn't it ? Abhira might start hating the family if Kaveri keeps up with all this.But his priority had to be his wife.He remembered her warning very well.he went upstairs to see Abhira angry and had not touched the tray of food....He kept the flowers on the bed and hugged her from behind....Abhira tried to loosen up his hand however Armaan's grip was tight....He turned Abhira around in his arms....

Armaan (making her see him)-Please khana kha lo......

Abhira (nodding)-Mujhe bilkul bhook nahi hai.Tumhe khana hai toh kha lo....

Armaan (confessing)-Ha bhai mujhe toh bahut bhook lagi hai par kya hai jab tak meri pyaari se wife kuch kha nahi leti,mai kuch nahi kha sakta.....

Abhira (for a moment anger flying away,asking innocently)-Tumne khana nahi khaya ? Kyu ?

Armaan (cupping her face)-Kaise khao,kal raat se tum bhooki ho......Please kuch kha lo....

Armaan made her sit on the bed and fed her,however Abhira too fed him.It unsettled her that her husband to was hungry since yesterday....She decided that no matter how much they fight,she would never go to sleep hungry since this was not the first time Armaan did something like this....Abhira hugged him tightly,snuggling more into his arms......She felt insecured somtimes compared to his love for his family like she meant nothing to him....Armaan kissed on her head and hugged her tightly.....

Armaan (softly)-Abhira tumhe Ma par gussa nahi hona chahiye tha.....Tum mujhse aur Dadisa se naraaz ho,unse thodi na......

Abhira removed his arms from around her,which made Armaan realize that he had told her something at wrong time.....

Abhira (chcukling sadly)-I am sorry ke maine kissi se bhi kuch kaha Armaan.....Please just iss baat ko yahi kahtam karo.....

Armaan (turning her around,cupping her face)-Ira khatam kaise karoo, you are still angry at me....We need to talk....

Abhira (nodding)-No please.....Mujhe koi baat nahi karni hai.....Mai na samajh chuki hu that what is my position in your life Armaan....So this matter is closed for me......

Abhira left the room,while Armaan was left confused.Did Abhira feel that she meant nothing to him.....Vidya was correct,she was scared of losing him...He needed to concentrate on his marriage rather than anyone else........

Chapter 6:Love & Family

Abhira sat against the headboard exhaustively.She had a migraine attack and as if god was not on her side her periods on the same day.The doctor checked her and noted some medicine for her.Charu took the doctor outside and Kaveri followed.Kaveri asked Charu to get a hot water bag for Abhira while Kaveri sat on a nearby sofa.She studied Abhira carefully,the doctor was right something was bothering Abhira.

Kaveri (asking)-Ladki is something bothering you ?

Abhira (hesitatingly)-Aap ko kaise pata ?

Kaveri (smiling)-Hum aise hi buddhe nahi huye hai.I can see when something is bothering my children.

Abhira (calmly)-Can I tell you something ? Maine Armaan se bhi nahi kaha hai.(taking a huge breath)-Recently I found out that my mother's last name was Goenkas....She is Manish Goenka's granddaughter.

Kaveri (stunned)-Why havent you told anyone ?

Abhira (opening the bedside drawer and passing the papers to Kaveri)-Isske liye.

Kaveri studied the papers and charges well and flipped the pages.Didnt know why but Kaveri felt something disgusting on being related to Manish Goenka.Who throws out their pregnant granddaughter like this.She was stunned seeing in report that Ruhi was responsible for the accident.But this could not be the sole reason for Abhira's disturbance.

Kaveri (taking a huge breath)-I will have this studied by somebody else ladki but tell me is everything alright between you and Armaan ?

Abhira (chuckling weakly)-Yes Dadisa sab theek hai mere aur Armaan ke beech.(taking a huge breath)-Ruhi is the reason for my worries.

Kaveri (confused)-Kuch kiya usne ?

Abhira (weakly)-I dont know ki woh Rohit ko miss kar rahi hai ya kya par woh kabhi bhi mere aur Armaan ke beech aa jati hai.She barges in our room everytime.She acts as if she is Armaan's wife.Me and Armaan argue every time because I lose my cool at her.Aap bataye mujhe Dadisa mai Armaan ki patni hu,mai kaise tolerate karu ki koi aur ladki mere kamre ghusi chale aaye......I love my husband and I trust him very much but one of these days I will yell at Ruhi and than nobody will able to save her.....Sometimes I feel.....

Kaveri (asking)-Feel what ladki tell me ?

Abhira (tearfully)-Sometimes I feel like she wants to come between me and Armaan or that she harbors something for her Jeth,my husband .And she wishes for me to get out of the way.....

Kaveri (asking)-Tell me the truth ladki,does Armaan indulge her ?

Abhira (chuckling,wiping her tears)-What do you think Dadisa ? You see him daily ?

Kaveri (smiling)-I think that my grandson is madly in love with you ladki and cannot see anyone beyond you.(caressing her head)-Dont worry I will manage the Ruhi situation......Are your menstrual cramps this bad always ?

Abhira (nodding)-Yes its hereditary thing.Goes till my par nani.

Kaveri (asking)-Have a proper checkup done before you and Armaan decide to plan a family beta....

Abhira turned full tomato at the mention of planning a family.Kaveri actually laughed a bit seeing her shade and than left.Abhira slowly slid to sleep.These cramps were bothering her too much today.Meanwhile Armaan rushed in the Poddar Mansion as if storm had came,Kaveri and Vidya chuckled seeing Armaan rush to his room while The Chorus Gang teased Armaan relentless.He was about to go off to his room but Charu stopped him and gave him the hot water bag.Ruhi noticed all this and turned jealous....How long before Armaan divorces this Abhira ? was what she thought unknown that someone was observing her very rigidly.....

As Armaan entered into his room,he saw Abhira curled up in her bed.He knew the pain was bad since Abhira's face was very pale.He first changed himself and when he came near to wake up Abhira he noticed she was uncomfortable in her dress.He slowly kissed her on her forehead.Abhira moved slowly but soon winced in her movements.....Armaan made her sit on the bed slowly...He knew she had bad cramps and heavy bleeding.......

Armaan (softly)-Why are you wearing this jaan ? You prefer my shirt and your track pants right ?

Abhira (pouting)-No now you are talking mister ? Mujhe laga tha ki mai toh bahut ziddi hu.(tearfully)-So you went away without meeting me in the morning.....

Armaan (wiping her tears)-I am sorry.Please sorry for the morning jaan.....Please stop crying,lets get you into comfortable clothes first alright......

Armaan helped Abhira change into comfortable clothes first.He was aware of her mood swings very well.It had not even been a year of their wedding and they had fallen for each other.When Armaan had confessed he had also told her the entire truth about Ruhi but it was not something that Abhira already didnt have any idea about however Ruhi was since unaware about the shift in their relationship and Armaan was not interested in providing Ruhi with the updates of his and Abhira's relationship.However past few weeks Ruhi's interference had been taking a toll on their relationship.....Now Armaan knew that it was time to let Ruhi know what kind of relationship he and Abhira shared.....

Armaan caressed Abhira's hair while hugged him tightly,playing with his shirt buttons....Armaan kissed her on top of her head.....

Armaan (softly)-Is is hurting too much Ira ?

Abhira (nodding)-Yes

Armaan (making her lay down on the bed)-Where is your lavender oil ? Cant find it on the table....

Armaan sat besides Abhira and slowly took the oil between his hands and than slowly applied it on her abdomen.Abhira could feel the relief slowly as she felt her muscles relaxing a bit....Armaan than put a hot water bag near her abdomen and covered her properly with the blanket.He kissed her on the forehead and smiled widely as he saw her asleep.....He looked at the prescription the doctor had left and Armaan left to get the medication.He knew what he had to do about the Ruhi matter as well.But first his wife was a priority....When Armaan came back after getting the medication he saw Ruhi waiting as if for him.....

Ruhi (angrily)-Armaan when are you divorcing her ?

Armaan (as-a-matter-of-factually-voice)-Why should I divorce the love of my life ?

Ruhi (stunned)-What ?

Armaan (stating facts)-Mai Abhira se pyaar karta hu and she loves me.We are married Ruhi.....I am never letting her go away.....Tumhe thodi si dosti kya dikha di tum toh mere aur Ira ke rishte ko todne par aa gayi.....You are my brother's widow Ruhi.And I would prefer if from tomorrow you call me Armaan bhaiyya.

Armaan stormed off from the room but Kaveri had seen everything.Abhira was right.Ruhi's intentions were not correct.Vidya looked grimly at Ruhi.She was trying to break off her son's relationship.....Armaan entered the room and saw Abhira still sleeping peacefully.He literally tip toed across the room and took his laptop and started working peacefully on his desk.Around afternoon when Armaan was checking Abhira's medical file he noticed few things here and there and thats when he felt her move.......Armaan immediately went to her and made her sit comfortably....

Armaan (smiling)-You are up at a perfect time Mrs Armaan.I have a surprise for you at lunch...

Abhira (smiling softly)-What is it ?

Armaan (inquiring )- Woh mai tumhe baad mai batata hu but you have your appointment due with your gynecologist.For the shots....

Abhira (tiredly)-I know.But cant go right now.Once my cycle gets complete than I will go....(eagerly).My surprise Armaan....

Armaan went downstairs to get lunch for Abhira which he had specially got for Abhira.He took it out in the plate and took ti along with some healthy orange juice for her health.Abhira was rejoiced seeing the food......vegetable hakka noodles was her favorite...... She loved it so much !!

Abhira (delightfully)-Ohh I love you so much Armaan.....This is my favorite.....

Armaan smiled widely as he saw Abhira eat in delight.He knew that Abhira felt a lot of pain her cycles and he always made it a point to feed her something she loved.Armaan gave Abhira her migraine medication after which she dozed off to her sleep again....

After 2 weeks Abhira was at work,when Armaan came to Kaveri and Vidya who were sitting in the living room.Armaan wanted to buy some jewellery for Abhira and a engagement ring.He never ever gave her a ring due to the circumstances of their marriage but now he wanted to gift her something....Ruhi who was cleaning the table was trying to hear what Armaan was talking about.....

Armaan (To Kaveri)-Dadisa can you ask the family jeweler to come with some ring designs tomorrow ?

Kaveri (smiling)-Hum keh dege usse ki woh aajai.

Vidya (smiling,asking)-What are you planning to gift beta ?

Armaan (smiling)-A ring and a maybe a necklace.Your daughter is a minimalist,cant gift her something very expensive varna meri shamt aayegi......But the ring is definitely fixed...I never gifted her a engagement ring so thats the anniversary present......

The family smiled seeing AbhiMaan moving ahead of their zabardasti ki marriage phase.Manisha was the most happy one and she prayed to god to keep her children together always......

Chapter 7:- Grief

Armaan stopped the car in front of Poddar Mansion's entrance.He glanced over at his wife Abhira.Tears might have dried but she looked lifeless ever since they had received the news of their son's demise.Ruhi and Abhira had been wheeled in for delivery together but they had lost their son-a still born.He had been a bit hesitant to let Abhira see him but Kaveri had been firm.It was Abhira's right as a mother to see her son.And might even provide for bit of closure.He had been been stunned but Kaveri and Manisha had been constantly with Abhira ever since he had delivered the bad news.Kaveri had took Abhira in her arms let her cry to her heart's content.....Abhira had merely seen their son for 10 mins but he remembered those 10 mins very clearly.It was like Abhira was trying to memorize all of his features in one go.....

Armaan opened the door of the car and helped Abhira get down carefully while Manisha instructed the staff to get Abhira's luggage settled back in her room.....Just as Vidya was about to do aarti of Abhira,she shoved the thall slowly and asked Armaan to take her to their room leaving Vidya confused......But Manisha and Kaveri both understood what she was feeling right now after all they had been through it in their own times......

Vidya (asking)-Manisha Abhira ko kya khana hai ? Mai bana bhi doogi aur khud aapne haato se khilaogi....

Kaveri (nodding)-Nahi.Manisha Abhira ka food tum handle karrogi.Aur khilaogi bhi tum hi usse.....Uske aur Armaan ke saath rehna....if they need anything....

Manisha (reassuring)-Ma sa aap chinta mat kijiye.Mai poora dhyan rakhoogi uska....Beti hai meri....Manoj will be constantly with Armaan.Dont worry about them.....

Vidya (asking)-Ma sa mai Ma hu Armaan aur Abhira ki.....

Kaveri (stopping her in middle)-Abhira ko ma ki zaroorat hai Vidya....Saas ki nahi....Aur tum uska dard zindagi mai kabhi samajh nahi paoogi....Right now Abhira requires love,care,attention and lots of patience.....Usne baccha khoya hai aapna.....Shok karne ka poora haq hai usse......Tum Ruhi ko sambhalo.She might need help with our baby girl.....

Armaan got Abhira settled in the room and after lunch Abhira slipped into a dreamless sleep due to seeping pills.....He sat besides her......He hated seeing her like this....But he knew Abhira very well.....She will build walls so up that it will be hard to reach her....That is how she dealt with her grief...And he was worried about that aspect since the doctor had warned him that if she keeps it inside her way too long,she might slip into depression.......The doctor had warned him that she might get irritated,angry even but he had to be patient.....He saw Kaveri standing outside their room and went to talk to her......

Armaan (telling)-Dadisa Abhira so rahi hai....

Kaveri (asking sadly)-Tum kese ho Armaan ? How are you handling it ?

Armaan (sadly)-I had some time to deal with the news Dadisa.....But I am very worried about Abhira....Usse bahut acche se jaanta hu mai.....Aapna dard kabhi nahi batti woh.....Aapne aas paas itni badi deewar khadi kar dege ki koi uss taq pahuch hi na paye....

Kaveri (nodding)-Hum sab tum dono ke saath hai beta.....Abhira needs space and time and lots of love.....

Armaan (asking)-Aap aur chachisa itna sab kaise jaante hai iss ab ke baare mai ? Manisha chachi handles her better than anybody...

Kaveri (sadly)-Your chachi has experienced this pain beta....Kiara se pehle,Manisha too had lost her child- a girl and still born.....Isiliye sab Kiara se itna zyada pyaar karte hai.........

Armaan hugged Kaveri tightly.Few tears came in Armaan's eyes letting them flow....Their first child.....he still remembered how Abhira had announced the pregnancy to him....Kaveri assured him that all would okay in some time....In the evening Armaan sat besides Abhira and fed her food.Each morsel he seemed to notice how much Abhira was lifeless.....Manisha stood at the door and saw both her children...Especially Abhira....She prayed that she recover from this loss soon......

It had almost been a week since they had came from the hospital.Armaan noticed Abhira growing more quiet.She would go around the house doing her work but there was no smile on her face,the spark in her eyes diminished.....When he had talked to her about sharing what she felt,she had simply asked for space to grieve....Even The Chorus Gang had failed....Krish spent maximum amount of time with Abhira but he too was unable to bring anything out of her......Twice he had spotted her sitting,lost somewhere in the patio....She refused to see Ruhi's baby girl which everybody understood.....Manish asked her to come to Goenka House and spent time with Abhir who had came back for his sister after a lifetime however she had declined......Every one was having breakfast when Abhira made a unusual request to Kaveri....

Abhira (asking)-Dadisa mai kaam wapas join karna chahti hu.....

Kaveri (asking)-Abhira are you prepared ? Surgery ko 1 hafta huya hai beta....Are you sure ?

Abhira (telling her)-Ha mai ready hu (sarcastically,eyeing Armaan)-The doctor cleared me yesterday Dadisa.Its just that kisi ne mujhe bata zaroori nahi samjha......Can I join from tomorrow ?

Kaveri (telling her)-Why tomorrow ? Get ready after breakfast.Start from today....

After breakfast Abhira went to their room to get ready.Armaan followed her soon after.This is what he didnt want to happen......He knew and understood Abhira's pattern of grieving and he remembered how she grieved after Akshara ma's death......he shut the door of the room to talk with his wife who was almost ready.....

Armaan (telling her)-Ira you are not ready to go back to work....

Abhira (getting bit angry)-Isiliye tumne mujhe kal batana zaroori nahi samjha...That I have been cleared for work.....

Armaan (explaining)-Abhira you need to rest.1 hafta bhi nahi huya hai surgery ko....Atleast 3 months ka proper rest lo get back to your self and than rejoin....

Abhira (angrily)-Aur tab tak kya karoo ? Uss bacche ka matam manau jo kabhi humme mila hi nahi......?

Armaan was stunned seeing Abhira's choice of words.But it was true wasnt it ? What would she do sitting at home for 3 months......Armaan decided not to hold back....That way atleast Abhira would be infront of him and it would spare her the pain of seeing Ruhi and her baby everyday....Kaveri was worried about Armaan and Abhira....They were grieving separately....That was not a good sign.....There almost seemed a distance between them.....But she said yes to Abhira so that her mind gets distracted from Ruhi's baby and her own grief.....But she also remembered what Armaan had told her about Abhira....

But Armaan's assumption about Abhira not being ready to join work had been proven right in a week....Abhira had took up 3 new cases in a week which was fine but Armaan saw a pattern.....Of recklessness.......Abhira was being reckless with her life.....These cases were very dangerous crimes....He knew he had stop her right away.....He had a chat with Kaveri and Sanjay and Rohit....Kaveri had been hesitant to sign the medical leave letter but she saw how Armaan was right now-overprotective of Abhira......And looking at the cases she too felt that there was a pattern of recklessness.....He knew he had to be strict with her,he knew that she loved to work but right now-he had tried passing on some easy and light cases but Abhira had refused those.....He never wanted to interfere but this was necessary....He was worried about her......

Abhira knocked on the door and Armaan asked her to enter.He knew that she wouled be very angry at him they were about to have a huge fight but he had to do this....He asked her to enter......Abhira angry at Armaan wasted no time in bringing up the matter...

Abhira (angrily)-What the hell is this ? (showing the letter)

Armaan (explaining)-Maine subah kaha tha tumse you are not ready,not right now.....Tumhe rest ki zaroorat hai please try and understand....

Abhira (angrily)-You promised not to interfere with my career Armaan......Toh ye sab kya hai ? Tum jo chacho woh case le sakte ho but the moment I take something tum iss tarah se beech mai nahi pad sakte....

Armaan (taking a huge breath)-I am your boss Abhira and right now ye mera decision hai that you are not ready.Hence this compulsory medical leave.Maine tumhe light cases pass kiye the na but you are not seeing a pattern with the cases you are choosing......This is not the way to deal with what you are feeling Ira.....Tume deal nahi kar rahi ho.....Tum usse daba ne ke koshish kar rahi ho.......

Abhira (yelling)-How I deal with my grief ye meri problem hai Armaan....Tumhari nahi.....Har ek ka tareeka alag hota hai....

Armaan (raising his voice)-Tum usse deal nahi kar rahi ho...You are putting yourself in danger Abhira....As your boss Its my final order........Medical leave 3 months....

Abhira (angrily)-Than maybe I need to reevaluate whether I want work here anymore or not Mr Armaan Poddar........

Abhira angrily stormed off throwing the letter on his desk...She took her purse,shut off her laptop and went away.....Vidya had been worried immensely since Abhira had returned from work crying.....She had been just in her room not coming out at all....Vidya called Armaan to check as to what had happened but he refused to divulge anything stating he was in a meeting....Manisha had immediately rushed upstairs after she had received a call from Manoj about the happenings....She had calmed a crying Abhira down....Come evening Armaan after coming back from work had tried to talk to Abhira but she refused to even see his face....

The next day was Ruhi's baby's naamkaran.Armaan was seeing Abhira from the study....She was still immensely very angry at him....After she got ready she went downstairs to help Vidya if she wanted....But everybody was watching her with their sympathetic eyes which had made Abhira very angry but she didnt say a word....Armaan knew there was anger bubbling inside Abhira right now.....Everybody had sat in the pooja....Armaan tried to hold Abhira's hand but she removed her hand from his grip straight away....Nothing had escaped from Kaveri's sharp eyes,she knew that she had to do what she had been thinking....
