Please do ..my bhabhi had 2 kids and my bua was a gynecologist..so she had told us all precautions..plus our fam gp taught us lot of pre and post natal yoga ..

All that helped ..

Just check physiotherapy or ayurvedic masage and exercises from some doctor.. believe me it helps
