He asked Rohit if he was joking when he said he wanted the baby back in precap so obviously he doesn't want to return. Even if that part wasn't in the precap I still know he wouldn't seeing how happy he is with the baby and the madness to keep his baby queen happy by lying to her.

I saw some comments on Twitter asking for Rohit's white day as he asked baby back. Till yesterday same people were cool with him and praised him as he maybe thought Ruhi wouldn't be a good mother. I agree with you with the rest nowhere in my post did I defend him all I said was that he wanted to rectify his mistake and take the baby back.

There can't be a custody case Abhimaan hold no legal right on Ruhit's baby. Even for adoption, both parents have to mutually agree and sign away their rights. Also, Abhimaan love Ruhit too much they won't file a custody case to snatch THEIR son away. Abhira will be the one to give him back if he has to come back to Abhimaan it will be with Ruhit mutually agreeing only unless they flip it and make him BSP in the end.
