Accident means accident unless it's intentional or caused by other factors like drunk driving , driving without licence etc or if causes seriously injury / death , hit & run , none of which is the case here ..

In general sometimes accident happens due to vehicle getting out of control or low light or some other reason. Based on severity the punishment will be decided. If it was intentional and had a motive then case bada banakar jail bhej do. But ruhi hardly knows that man. What was her intention to hit him ?

So this will be treated as not intentional and a mistake . Also if she was on road and if man was crossing then again both ppl will be held responsible as he was crossing on a busy road and she lost her control of vehicle.

Zyada zyada compensation denge or license kuch mahine ke liye suspend hoga.

When krishh hit ruhi in his back ride and ruhi had a hand fracture did they go to police station or fight for insaaf then also abhira sat in front seat and asked her to go aside. Ruhi was treated at home and given a bandage for hand. Krish was not scolded also for that.

When charu is adamant to go after dev sir car abhira left her hand and charu was hit by a car immediately. Did they go to police station and fight for insaaf. Charu was taken to hospital and got home back.

When arman shouted on her for these issues he said sorry next too insaaf done na there. Did ar say if left more accidents are possible.

Insaaf will change accordingly.

What kaveri and sanjay did for abhira is acceptable to abhira ??? There are more worst than ruhi ... Sanjay toh personal and her carrier ki peecha hey padi hai what kv did she brought divorce papers and forced them to did she asked her tore ms .. still she is okay with them she only expressed the insecurities with ruhi only why .. because she knows armaan will stand for her and question them . She wants that confidence from Armaan with ruhi too she want Arman vs ruhi ... So that ruhi should be questioned and continue after that next kaands ....

Exactly right! Abhira is being illogical here...and it's not even in the client's best interest to drag the matter to Court. What exactly does Abhira want? Imprisonment? I doubt that Ruhi will get it, but of course, there is always a risk there depending on the Judge.

Why does Abhira want Ruhi to face that risk when she knows it was not intentional and she is willing to compensate the client? Compensation is also a form of punishment. So I don't understand her logic about getting insaaf!! She is clearly emotionally affected by the fact that Arman is helping Ruhi, and she just wants to see Ruhi lose the case, not so much about getting insaaf.

If Ruhi gets imprisoned, I don't think Abhira herself will be happy with that outcome, particularly since she is close to Manish, and she wouldn't want to cause him grief.

Hahahaha I am telling you it's not about getting insaaf, she is emotionally affected, she just wants to see Ruhi lose the case because Arman is helping her. If that does happen, it will backfire on her because she will realise that it wasn't the right thing to do. Not only that, she will also complicate her relationship with Arman. He already feels guilty, imagine if Ruhi goes to jail hahhaha!
