Yaar max term for rash driving is 6 months, but the judgement takes years so what's the point really ?

Accident means accident unless it's intentional or caused by other factors like drunk driving , driving without licence etc or if causes seriously injury / death , hit & run , none of which is the case here ..

I'm not siding with ruhi , but other than compensation, if her dl is revoked , that's enuf punishment ..she can't drive n can't risk others life ..jail mei daalke koi alag kranti aa jayegi? N courts and judges r this free to hear such cases? lol

When it comes to Roohi, when has he ever supported Abhira against her? It’s always Roohi.. he let Roohi bully Abhira whenever she could and didn’t even bat an eye.. He could have very well married Roohi if he was that drowning in guilt.. Abhira would have learnt to deal with the heartbreak! She already lost her bubbliness.. Mera nanihal lawyers se bhara pada hai. I know kitna time and kharcha hota hai lawyers par Abhira free mai case ladd rahi hai so chalta hai otherwise lawyers ki fees dena and apna time court ke chakkar mai khoti karne ka aj kal kisi ke bhi paas time nahi hai real world mai agar mini accident ho toh. Mostly log lawyers ka mota fees dena nahi chahte and out of court apne mil rahe personal benefit ko dekh kar matter settle kar lete hai.

Lawyer hone ka mathlab ye nahi hai ki naive clients ko fool karo lawyer should suggest best thing for client after assessing their financial situation and what is best for them. As in the end court bhi verdict sirf compensation hi bolega as by the time court ka verdict hoga thab he will be all fine and court bhi order dega compensation do 😂

What's the point in fighting this case.

I had to scoff when he said mein lawyer hoon, so biggest reason to take case is because of that. Umm ya sure, aisa tha toh why was he refusing clients on the day of riots claiming he had no time.

such a blatant lie it was. atleast simply accept that its only and only because of guilt that you are fighting case.

aisa pointless accident case, koi bhi established vakeel like Armaan nahi lega voh bhi jab usko koi fees bhi nahi mil rahi hai and he needs the time to actually manao his not so divorced wife to stay with him. This is a newbie vakeel appropriate case.
