Ok, so here is my theory. A couple of weeks back I had mentioned that this trip to Mussorie is to circle back to where the story began and then change the trajectory of the story. And this is what I feel happening here.

The story was about Poddar family's vacation, Armaan and Abhira's confrontation, Armaan and Rooh-i's meeting and love, Akshara's death and Abhimaan marriage and then the story took its twisted course.

Again now, we are back to Mussorie. Abhira is back home to save it, Armaan has come there to help her and Rooh-i is also here for love, this time sans family. All the scenes are being repeated, love story, mandir, budding attraction, a sneaky villain and danger lurking round the corner.

Before Poddar family hated Abhira, now they are concerned. Before Armaan and Rooh-i were developing feelings, this time only Abhira. Last time Rooh-i made the hasty choice to marry Rohit and Armaan questioned her why did she not trust for love and both did not fight for their love. This time Rooh-i is fighting for her love, pushing, prodding, poking, but Armaan is stuck in his crossroads. Last time Akshara was the source of danger, this time Kaveri. Last time Akshara faced the bullet for Armaan and this time it may be Abhira. She and Armaan will be saving Rooh-i, but this time Abhira will be taking the bullet for both.

Mussorie has always been the fulcrum for story trajectory to change each and everytime. Ruhaan love story and breakup, Abhimaan meeting and marriage, Akshara's hit and miss with Goenkas, Akshara's death. This time Goenkas may come to know who Abhira is finally. Armaan may finally understand what he really wants.

Rohit and Ruhaan pol patti and separation may come as later. Woh talwar latakti rehni chahiye. This is just my opinion.

You know what, maine jitne itv shows dekhe hain sab mein 3rd angle was intolerable ya phir they were toxic, heard rishta focuses on family bondings & not much toxic, so thought of giving this season a try.

On the other hand, armaan willing was going to do couple rasam of writing shiv shakti with roohi and a kind of nodded to roohi when she said to get back to her after divorcing abhira and he even wiped her tears & proceeded to do couple rasam with roohi. It's officially shown he still loves her.

Aage mei batati hu kya hone vala hei Rohit aayega sach b aayega tab abhira khud chahegi ki ar aur ruhi mil Jaye ek dusre k sath tab ar khud hi mana kar dega. Ruhi ka hoga heartbreak aur abhira toh accept b nhi karegi ar ko.

Actually from now onwards when abhira does something for the family & he comes to hug/kiss her she also needs to tell him that she is doing all these as a gesture of gratitude for his help in rebuilding the resort & as a token of thanks for his family for letting her stay in their house & for providing food.
