But the defense I read is ,they divorced like two days ago so She need Time to move on.lol, as beauty lies in eyes of beholder so does ācringeā š for instance consider this - now that Ab-Ar are divorced officially, do you think their hugging, fall-trip, eye lock will be considered as cringe, my bet is it wonāt be š
The thing is if makers want to establish a ship or for that matter even for a parellel ship, they are bound to show these things and how tastefully they show it matter, the emotional connect it invokes with the audience matters. Honestly gen 4 missed and messed this up big time. All Ab-Ar got are accidental kisses and dream sequence that too by parallel lead š
In contrast, in Jhanak they execute these scenes beautifully, even the scenes when leads just talk to each other are done so well that you understand their character, their perspective and it builds a connect. Gen4 misses that completely. And they have butchered Armaan sa so royally, I donāt even know how that ship is still afloat. Which girl in a sane mind would choose Armaan after going through the ordeal Ab went thru at Poddars, specially when the ship never built a deep connection. If you look at Jhanak even though Bose give her so much grief, she respects and adores Ani because he has been her rock. So there Ani/Jhanak make sense. Yahan Ab choosing Ar again will like self respect gaya baad mein I just need luv š
In that case When Ruhi and Armaan were giving each other longing looks in the initial episodes at every function, it was also not wrong 'cause just ended 2 min love saga few days back they also taking time to move on. I am not defending Ruhi's actions, but merely highlighting the inconsistency. If Ruhi's behavior was deemed utterly wrong, how is it that Abhiraās actions are suddenly considered acceptable?
And what Jhanak did to Ani was called wrong too. Isn't this the same thing? I'm kinda predicting that during Armaan and Ruhi's wedding prep, they'll keep showing Abhira giving those longing looks, trip nd falling, Ar-Ab getting close. 'Cause it's a tested formula ā somehow the FL will become the wedding planner, nd somehow only gonna end up being wedding planner in her Husband/ Ex house out of all city , she will see all the rituals, and keep crying, and then the ML will fall for her. Seen it in so many shows.
My point is, if a character is dumb and wrong, I'll call it out.

for AB usne mooh pe boldiya majboori, zimmedaari etc and he never tried stopping dadisa when he was bashing AB's mom and AB and this girl still wants to dream about this guy
