I can low-key understand Ruhi - Page 4

Nice post on Ruhi’s perspective. I try to sympathise with her due to what all she went through since her childhood. Many times I felt bad about her trauma after marriage to Rohit. She would have definitely moved on had he returned early.. She needs a therapy. Even today Armaan fuelled her up with hopes soon to be crushed.

But every woman should have a self respect.. there is no need to run behind a man who is spineless and doesn’t stand for you . Ruhi’s biggest mistake was to go ahead with that marriage. She would’ve definitely been happy and tension free even if she knew about Abhimaan’s marriage. I hope when Rohit returns their relationship gets better and she gets all the love she lost in her entire life.

Ruhi is not evil and I don’t even think they will turn her evil completely as Rishta never works on villains ,total evil and vamps. Even today she is feeling bad for Abhir and MG because he lost all the relationships because of her.

But she is being stupid, senseless and immature . Now my take on your topic, Do I understand where Ruhi coming from NOPE.

I find Ruhi to be an entitle spoiled selfish woman (Not Child) but a grown woman that feel unaccountable for nothing, is all me me me aur me or it's your fault. Give me a break on her Cry me a River attitude.

I get all you say about Armaan could've have asked one of the cousins to call her and said he had to get out of town for family, but he had a phone and his plan is to call but due circumstances not in his control we all know what happen with his phone, and when he finally got opportunity what did Ruhi do, she Blocked him.

So what she didn't know Armaan was related to Poddar family but she knew Armaan, knew them right, cause she and her family celebrated with Poddars at the resort. Alright she made a hasty decision and got engage and even though Rohit say wait for marriage she agree. So when she finds out the truth now that the man she agree to marry isn't just a Poddar, but Armaan younger brother, why didn't stop the engagement. Armaan explained his reason, so why did she need him to save her, why didn't she make the decision, it's her life.

I'm not going to watch that part again but I don't remember Armaan promising to love Ruhi forever, I know he said in that moment he still had love in his heart for Ruhi. The girl on her own, decided to marry to be close to Armaan for what reason and what purpose what that serve?

I keep reading Armaan is a fault which, I agree for not telling his family, mostly Rohit about being in love with Ruhi. But this part about leading Ruhi, I don't see it. Armaan may have been naive and stupid to try and put Ruhi in the friend zone so fast, to take her into confidence to say his

"Legal Marriage" is deal for 1 year like is legally bonding, is just a deal on hand shake .

Not once since Armaan got married did he use the L word or pursue Ruhi in anyway. It has been Ruhi disrespect the MS she always clutching around her neck as she follows Armaan and talk about them being soul mate and blaming him for not fighting for their love. Armaan told her yes my marriage may be a deal but yours isn't, so accept it and move on and that would make him very happy.

If you ask me I'll say what Ruhi feel for Armaan isn't love but obsession, that she saw him first so he belong to her and nobody else. Ruhi grew up in posh life with people that love her but yet act like a victim, who grew up in orphanage.

Armaan is idiot for talking on both sides of his mouth for worrying about Ruhi pain cause he feel responsible, which he's not but never take the time to think that reason brother left was cause he find out the truth.

See I do understand her but whatever has happened to her still doesn’t justify her actions at this moment. Armaan is no saint but Ruhi wasn’t forced to marry Rohit on gunpoint she very well could have said no the Goenkas aren’t some typical family they would have stood by her. She should have walked away when Armaan refused to take a stand for her. I mean why would you pine for a man who doesn’t respect you. Love is secondary if someone doesn’t value you then you should not stay in that place. Frankly, she had a golden opportunity to move on with Rohit or at least make an effort Rohit wasn’t some abusive toxic guy he genuinely wanted to be there for Ruhi she already had her Abinav but failed to see his worth. What bothers me is how one dimensional Ruhi is. Like her entire existence is summed up by Armaan’s love the moment she lost him she lost herself and it shouldn’t be like that she is not even 1% like her mom which doesn’t make sense since she had a loving family. Also none of her tragedies excuse her behaviour with Abhira rather then admonishing Armaan more Abhira takes the brunt of Ruhi’s anger and that’s not okay. Ruhi really needs to grow a spine take a stand for herself and walk away right now she is coming of as very unlikable. A colors show Swaragini had a similar story but over there Teja performed really well and you could understand Ragini’s motive here we don’t feel any sympathy for Ruhi her character is so week and the actress really needs to improve.
