It seems rather strange they brought in extras just for this? but I'd rather this than pregnancy drama.

Precap Akshu doesnt have mehendi on her hands yet, so I guess that scene is before mehendi. If everything is normal in mehendi, anything Akshu may have said to Abhi about cameo may not have been too important after all.
