Precap Akshu doesnt have mehendi on her hands yet, so I guess that scene is before mehendi. If everything is normal in mehendi, anything Akshu may have said to Abhi about cameo may not have been too important after all.

Re: precap....yeah that's doesn't seem like the mehendi ceremony.....it might be another random ceremony cuz they haven't specified what was coming up after the Ganesh sthapna.....and then there was the IF spoiler claiming Ak disappeared from her haldi ceremony.....so can't figure out what the order of events is here.

I think for now they are just keeping a general suspense over whether or not Ak will soon learn about the pregnancy.....and now this creepy Mamaji in the mix means they are adding all sorts of drama to the shaadi on multiple levels - not just the pregnancy angle
