Even from ITV standards the sense of morality, principles and justice is totally absent in this show. And because characters keep flipping and the dialogues they have most seem hypocrites and liars - it’s difficult to empathize with anyone especially the FL - we empathize with her for the circumstances she faced but we are unable to identify her as a person whose journey we want to witness! @bold: Absolutely. I've been watching ITV for a long time but the way a basic sense of morality and ethics has eroded in the writing of the prime time SP shows especially in the last few years is really something to behold.....lol every show has its own problems but yeah Rishta managed to one up things in a totally "unique" way by trying to justify a father being erased from his son's life when he spent 6 years thinking his children were dead. That father's pain was barely dwelt on and instead he is being "villainized" at every step for wanting a relationship with the son he was deprived of, wanting the fatherly rights he was cheated out of.....lol waah re Kalyug👏😆

Even after all the adjustments and accommodations that Abhimanyu has made towards people who snatched his rights, he is still being painted the villain.....lol well ofcourse he is the villain I guess cuz in the YRKKH universe, anyone who tries to fight for truth and justice is a villain only....lol better you give up your rights since people have already managed to paint over them for 6 years.....you are ofcourse the problem child for not accepting the unjust status quo😆

LOL yes I'm pretty sure fans will do more "well done Abhimanyu" trends if he manages to bump off all the Goenkas in one fell swoop😆.....alas, makers love to coddle Goenkas ki bakwaas I guess toh chalta rahega.

I can't sit through any scenes of Goenkas unless Abhi is given a chance to blast them or shut them down.....like during the Abhir missing track, when Kairav came to shout at him, Abhi told him off ki I don't have time to listen to your bakwaas cuz I have to search for my son😆.....if they give that Abhi, I will sit through Goenkas ke scenes warna HARD PASS.

And waise this reminds me again how the Goenkas never even for a MOMENT wondered how Abhi must be feeling over his son being hidden from him for 6 years, passed off as someone else's son, learning about his son's truth in THIS manner....their instant reaction was to go and fall at Nav's feet for raising Abhir😆.....as if Nav raised an orphan and not someone who actually had a father already that was deliberately kept away from him.....lol yeh toh level hai Goenkas ka😆

None of these people even for a second cared about Abhi's pain as a father who was erased from his son's life. All they ever cared about was the fantasy world their daughter built by snatching Abhimanyu's fatherhood rights and giving them to someone else....instead of feeling for the guy whose rights were snatched, Goenkas got busy worshipping the guy who helped their daughter snatch someone else's parental rights😆.

You forgot to mention how they were schooling Akshu about no giving her patiji his haq😜

Lol that’s still their family matter as Nav was Ak’s husband. So they can tell her whatever they want for that.

What they didn’t have the right to do was dismiss Abhi’s rights as a father. They didn’t even think for a second how he must be feeling on knowing he has a son who doesn’t even know he is his father. Someone ask Manish Goenka how he’s have felt if Kartik was calling someone else his father all his life 🙄

We saw how he felt when he got to know about Shubham in Gen2.

He treated Swarna like crap after knowing that she hid his son.
