Akshara's pregnancy struggles are always self inflected she had the option to go back home be safe and well prepared during the pregnancy file divorce case along with the sole custody of the baby and then re-marry whoever she wants to. Why did she choose to struggle? Why did she forge BC? Lie? Be hidden? Struggle for finances?
Eventually it was AbhiM who did the surgery and even when he wasn't aware of Abhir being his son he took his case under the pro bonos which btw some really needy Kid could have benefitted from considering there's only few cases they can do pro bono.
About AbhiM Yes he knows that his mother still considers her being responsible for Neil's death because she is. Neil was present there because of Akshara the kids didn't call Neil so she is indirectly responsible.
Some people can't move on and that's how they're showing AbhiM as. Also, i don't think he is crying over Akshara anymore after the Mandir Confession. He is sad coz his son can't take him as his father coz Akshara made sure of that. And he didn't call her to share his pain they're at their house.
