See It's so wrong calling someone out who loves their mother.everyone has different way of showing love and different relationship with their mom. I don't find any wrong in loving a mother like a baby. When we are kids our mom pampered us and loved us so when she will be old , ofcourse I will also love her ,the way she loved me.

Unless the husband is even agreeing on mother's wrong behaviour and if the mil is abusive or trying to intrude in the personal affairs of husband -wife , I don't see any fault in depending on mother or loving her. Who will decide what's wrong and what's right ? If u ask the mother and son they will say they are right. If you ask the dil she will complain they are wrong . 😆The mother never sees fault in her children and vice versa. But a mother can find 1000 faults in her daughter in law and vice versa which becomes a problem.

A girl leaves her parents and family behind for this one person , if he can't maintain a balance in his family , he shouldn't be getting married . If she leave her parents behind , why can't the husband do it as well? Fair and square. The husband and wife should be the ones to decide everything for themselves , family matters and mil matters can be mutually decided between the family members.

exactly...the wife is expected to leave everything behind... balance in relationship is very important...and maintaining it takes effort....if the wife is not treated as a family member, the whole equation goes wrong...

I didn't told about the specific person. I told in general. Just as she has her own suffering and had seen things in her life,I have seen also in mine. I personally know few people who try their best to cut off their mil from their life. Who want to live away from the husband's family and don't want their husband to spend time with their mil.

I do acknowledge that girls leave their parents house and it's their husband duty to take care of their wife and to balance it. I didn't told about what mil finds complaint in Dil or they treat them badly. I didn't talked about that.

I was saying in general that it is not wrong to love our mom. And just because someone adores their mom doesn't mean it's bad.the response which I quoted says about a child's love for his mom and I didn't find fault in it according to what I have seen around.

Just as a girl leaves her family for her husband similarly a mother spends her life in making a man from a kid. And just because she had married off his son doesn't mean she has to cut ties and live away from her son.

Someone who can't love the one who is with her since childhood,how can he love me.

I also don't want to argue. I don't know what her sufferings are, neither I wanted to generalize her suffering, I just meant to say that it's not wrong to love the one who introduced this world to us.

But we should also love them who has left her world for us.
