Even if let's say AK decided to raise Abhir single-handedly.. he would always be shown in search of a papa. Either he would be bullied amongst his peers (like Ruhi), or he would be writing on trees 'papa kab aaoge' (like Savi), or he would be talking to strangers & running away to meet them (like Kairav)...

Abhinav provided that fatherhood to Abhir.. so much so that the child even after knowing about RWP has no interest in going to him..

Unke bete ki dream family ke dono members.. AK & Abhir Abhinav ke sath khush hai aur vapas nhi ana chahte.. toh momma to bhadkengi hi 😆😉

Because in her eyes, in many ways Abhinav is everything that Abhimanyu could never be and she begrudges him his simplicity and dedication to the family unit. She forgot that if she could raise Neil then so could Abhinav; she herself hid the truth about Neil but she conveniently forgets it and has kept pushing Abhimanyu to tell Abhir the truth. I think she will make Abhir feel suffocated indirectly or directly later on.
