Akshu started threatening him with legal terms even to meet his own son. And when kairav sent those papers that's when he got scared as he will loose even rights to look at abhir if akshu wins custody.

Abhimanyu bohot jyada confident dekhaya hei abhi ak ko aisa nhi she is scared of being her son taken away. And if abhimanyu wins he will never realise where he went wrong. If he loses then he might realise that he went overboard. Custody battles mostly hone k baad ml ka guilt trip aata hei.lets see yaha kya hota hei
