So I think trying to protect his marriage is beneficial but rightfully so.

tbh its a itv show. We are keeping lots of high expectation from the show. I have already mentioned in one of my post that i am watching the show for harshali. My hate for character will not reduce my love for leads. I have signed up for harshali and abhira. I do not want to ruin my mental peace by comparing show characters with real world.

Currently there is no clarity on if akshu really married abhinav. If she has married abhinav why they are not living a life of a husband and wife. Its been almost 6 years.as an audience abhi since i know akshu's marriage truth i do not feel bad for abhinav either. Yeah from show point of view they should have shown abhi getting some clue on their fake marriage before telling all these dialogues. It's injustice for abhinav too even if akshu say to marry abhinav that's only because she has seen abhi move on not because she loves abhinav. I respect abhinav for what he did for akshu but now its going beyond my toleration as abhinav and arohi taking whole screenspace. Half of the time i just skip entire epi.

If you really want to compare itv characters with real characters all the best to you 🙂 i have been watching itv from almost 20 years. And i know how shows are. I dont expect stability in characters . I have seen shows like kasauti where anurag got married almost 5 to 6 time but still ppl think its a eternal love 🙃

I really do not expect high standards in itv leads and i don't support side characters taking away screenspace of leads. I never watched yrkkh the only reason why i am watching is because of harshali. Just because they ruined abhimanyu i will not loose out a chance on watching harshad performing as abhi as he is trule phenomenal. Jai soni is a good actor but compared to hc he still needs to improve alot.

Abhi has many shades and abhinav has only one shade that is accha aadmi. I like shows where leads have different traits and i will like it more if they show how they overcome with such traits.

We can not expect all men to be abhinav. And we can not say all men who are abhimanyu will be bad for a women. If men like abhimanyu is ready to repent on their past mistakes why not. Everyone deserves a second chance. We can not judge a character just because of one situations especially in itv.

But in my opinion it would be better if they had shown a mature story with Ak moving on with Ab instead of the age old typical crap with her getting back with him. And this show is known to keep repeating the storylines again and again since they have zero original ideas. Like what they did with Kaira, fight, get back together, separate, divorce, remarry, etc.

I don't think Itv characters are like real people either, but still think good people exist in the world.

Abhinav does have different shades if the writers explore it more.

And I highly disagree that men like Ab would be good for a women. Like he can't even stand up for her in front of his mother. Mommy's boys that have no spine are already so rampant in the desi community. It's not good for anyone and it's actually a very very toxic thing. It's not just one situation either. Btw, this dude isn't even repenting and doesn't even see his mistake so idk what second chance he's gonna get lol. And wasn't he already given a second chance by her?? 😂 So this would be third...and then fourth...and then fifth....

Like you said, itv isn't real life. I doubt anyone in real life would put up with this crap.

i will not deny they ruined abhimanyu completely this time. But i started watching the show for hc as i am allergic to yrkkh series🥲 if hc leaves the show i will be happy if akshu moves on with nav and i will stop watching the show anyways ithna dragging handle nahi hotha 🙃. But until hc is there i definitely want him to be the lead. As he deserves much better script.

I really wish hc leaves the show and take up some good project. As they have ruined abhi completely.

I hope they don't make Abhinav bad.

Instead they should rather portray his character as it is, a good and kind soul.

They should make some sort of accident happen in which Abhinav should die, and it should be manjiris fault somehow and then show how manjiri gets blamed and that will be the realization for abhimanyu that akshra was not responsible for Neil's death.

Then they should show the wedding day happening and all abhi thinking of how akshara is a widow and junior doesn't have a dad anymore, and then some letter or voice mail or message or something from Abhinav should reach abhi telling him that abhir is abhimanyu and aksharas son, and then ahnimanyu Infront of everyone will just walk up to akshara and put sindoor on her forehead.

And then he should tell everyone that years ago I kicked akshara out for something that wasnt her mistake, and today I am fixing my mother's mistake ( of accidently causing Abhinav to die ) by marrying Akshara and taking up juniors responsibility

I love your idea of Manjjri getting blamed lol that would be lit and a taste of her own medicine.

But the sindoor idea is cliche I think, it's been done a lot in Bollywood and itv and doesn't take consent into account. Also, I'm tired of seeing males forcing females into marrying them in itv, and that being romanticized. Soo many examples of this. Not to say that you were implying that, but it just came into my mind.

Boss man reply 👏

Love it!

Abhira endgame!

Not watching a reality show!

We watch for abhira and that's harshad and pranali!

If the concept was based on reality Jay Sonis sasural show would've worked better! But nah they killed off suhana and showed second chance! Trp aunties aren't interested in that!

Anupama only worked because they showed vanraj a cheating prick! And anuj super handsome with a history with Anupama!

How can we forget how amazing abhi is and the good sides of his personality! Abhi is multi dimensional!

People look forward to a good redemption track! Why the need to cancel our hero out for a random cameo with zero history with the past story!!

Not really been watching 😕

Why should I watch something that is according to me cringe! Besides last two months there hardly been any abhira moments or even abhira! The promos and leap both show abhira story but what do we get is a rectangle and the children completely sidelined!

Kabir Singh? Swooning? Nah I enjoyed the movie as it is, good one time watch with good acting and story.

I'm old enough to understand reality to from fiction! Trust me itv/Bollywood isn't the place to showcase real women/real men or real anything unless it's a docu film/biography even then they show creative liberty!

Titanic was real but that love story wasn't! There was enough room on the plank 🤪

Why does the question of reality vs fiction even come in when speaking about abhinav?

.. Speaking strictly in terms of fiction, movies/books/tv, in a romantic story you should want to root for the hero heroine.. Their story should make you want that the leads get their happily ever after. Even fiction should make sense

Right now there is zero quality in abhimanyu to ship him with any girl. Abhinav by contrast has been literally like an wave of calm which akshara needed in her life... Any writer worth their money would be turning this into a akshara - abhinav love story of second chance at happiness

.. Not policing why anyone watches the show but if people are enjoying this possessive angry abhimanyu then there is no reason for the makers to actually craft a decent story... They know their audience will like useless random eyelocks, dupatta sequences and fall-save sequences so they'll Give bhaari bhaari lectures on shiv Parvati pyar while the actions of the hero are anything but heroic...

If the audience doesn't care about the journey and is only interested in the final destination then anything will sell. Which seems like a majority sentiment here.
