Neil-Arohi can't act they can't even dance properly. Gallan Gooriyan dance sequence during Kaira's siblings (Keesh) sangeet was farrr better than Abhira's siblings (Neirohi) roka. Quality is downgraded every possible way.

Akshara was decked up like a bride waiting for him

and he broke her heart - bringing in the media to announce Kv as Ani’s killer with no solid proof. I hate it when he rides his motorcycle into the living room of GV - wtf people live there it’s not a parking lot.

When Akshara came to talk to him outside BH he rolled up the glass on the window so her voice would not reach him. He said/did nothing when Mahima kept honking the car horn in an attempt to drown her voice.

I think his realization will be triggered only upon discovering some pieces of the evidence she left for him. So it seems like he needs proof to trust Ak. I’m not certain it was always the case but it’s what it is at the moment.

But he is thinking about what she said when he is alone doing his OCD activities. So I think this time they are going to do some serious introspection.

How much shock and pain Akshara got that day because of his such drastic impulsive step...after that because of Kairav..he kept thrashing her.

If they show his anxiety sleep problem, then CVs must address Akshara's too otherwise it will look imbalance and showing partiality towards one character and dumping and thrashing female lead every time without acknowledging her sacrifice and all the good deeds she does by putting everyone first and her last. She lost everything.
