The episode was nice too. Loved everything about the episode except maybe the last part. I felt bidaai was a little rushed . Also, I didn’t like akshu crying and breaking down at the end. Like I understand she is scared (and frankly who wouldn’t be if they are entering Birla house 😆) but I didn’t want her to show that in front of the Birlas. I would have been okay if only abhi, Manjari and neil would have been present to witness that. I just didn’t want HAM to see her so vulnerable.. I want akshu to enter Birla house like “sher” even if she is feeling like “billi” on the inside.

( PS- for grace: sher = lion and billi = cat )

I haven’t read any other reviews and haven’t thought very deeply about it but atleast that’s what I felt on first impression

On top of that, when she fell to the ground and kept saying she cannot do this, I couldn't help but think about the fact that she has had no one to guide her on what post-shaadi life will be like. The Swarna-Akshu bond is so beautiful, and I wish makers had capitalized on that earlier. Akshu was crying earlier to Naira that she has no one to explain all of these things to her. A mother figure is so important, especially right before shaadi.

I think that the Birlas think that emotions make people weak, but that is the opposite of the truth. Emotions make us strong, and love is the greatest strength of all. Akshu will teach them that. So, I didn't see it as a moment of weakness for her. I thought it just showed a girl who is scared in the moment, but the Birlas will soon see that they have underestimated her all along...something they have already gotten glimpses of!

Abhira take ashirwaad from everyone. They stop in front of Harsh, and Akshu signals Abhi. Harsh smiles and touches both of their faces. Akshu will be the one who mends this relationship. He will get soft whenever Abhi shows him the slightest bit of affection, and Akshu will be the one to bridge this gap.

Mimi is crying and Abhi cleans her glasses and wipes her tears. He is such a gem.

Akshu sees Neil wearing her sandals and there is a funny moment! Neil says no deal has been cracked yet. When they get to Aarohi, Abhi hugs her for Akshu’s sake but then looks annoyed and away. But, he still takes her congrats for Akshu’s sake! Both of them are willing to put everything else aside when it comes to their happiness.

Inside the hall, Neil comes running and says his back broke because of the heels. He cleans the shoes and puts them back on Akshu. He says he doesn’t want any payment, because he got bhabhi, Abhi got his love, and Manjari got her daughter. That’s all they ever wanted. Neil is the purest character ever. That’s all I have to say. He is love.

The wah wah Ramji sequence was so cute! The Birla and Goenka kids are so much fun! Reem takes a family photo, and finally Akshu’s dream has come true!

Harsh has arranged a cocktail party for some PR event and he doesn’t even invite Akshu or the Goenkas. He says the future of the hospital is Abhi, and Mahima gets pissed — again, her insecurities are arising. She wants to be at the top. Abhi says he is married now and Akshu will come with him. He signals towards the Goenkas too. Manjari calms the situation and says both families will be involved in everything. Again, Harsh has no respect for Abhi’s feelings. Business is important, but when it is your son’s wedding, it can wait.

Abhira cut the cake at the reception and Harsh pops champagne, at which everyone gets annoyed. Akshu tells Abhi not to say anything.

The guests are insulting Akshu and her profession, and Mahima sees Akshu standing there. She purposefully calls her over and introduces her.

This scene is really not about the fact that Akshu isn’t a doctor. Yes, there is no doubt that the Birlas have a superiority complex in regards to their profession and think that Akshu’s job is fake. It’s their toxic and vile mentality. But, it really does all come back to their insecurities towards Akshu. They leave no chance to belittle her and bring her down, and grasp at every opportunity to do so, as they are insecure of both her and Abhira’s relationship. Mahima was never valued by her own husband, so now she cannot comprehend how Abhi loves and respects his wife so much. She has always struggled to remain “on top” at home as a means to make up for her being belittled at work by her husband. Now, Akshu is threatening that for her, because she sees the influence her purity and goodness has on everyone. I think a part of her also realizes that Akshu is no Manjari. She is not going to sit in the corner and cry and be controlled. Also, she has Abhi with her. Manjari never had any support. And with Harsh, he cannot stand the fact that Abhi loves Akshu so deeply, whereas he does not seem to care about Harsh at all. Harsh thinks that Akshu is taking his son away from him, but he fails to understand that he himself is the reason for the issues he has with Abhi. Until he respects Akshu and Manjari, Abhi will never be able to forgive him. In this way, both Harsh and Mahima take out their personal shortcomings and issues on Akshu. Which is so entirely wrong. The doctor insults are just yet another manifestation of that. Akshu is going to have to tolerate so much torture and BS. It’s really going to be an uphill journey for her before she is able to win over these vultures.

Manjari sees what is happening and comes and defends Akshu saying that she is also a therapist and does amazing work. The guests question if it is a real job, and Akshu politely tells them that it is real and the scientific values. Harsh honestly looks annoyed and shocked at the same time. Akshu is not Manjari, and the Birlas need to understand that. Also, Manjari tells herself that she won’t let what happened to her happen to Akshu. And Abhi won’t either. Manjari could never stand up for herself, but she will stand up for Akshu. That is clear after today. And in turn, Akshu will give her the confidence she needs to fight for herself too. And, Akshu is gaining her voice slowly, but steadily. Today, she showed that she will gently, but firmly defend her place in Abhi’s life now and always.

Abhi comes and asks what happened, but Manjari and Akshu brush it off. Manjari and Akshu together will face these challenges, and I am so looking forward to this bond. Abhi says lets go eat, and Akshu makes sure Manjari is okay before leaving. Again, they will protect each other!

Abhira do a pooja and take ashirwaad from Kaira’s photo. Mimi and Swarna make up a rasam where Akshu has to stay at home for 11 days, at which Abhi looks like he will die and Akshu is also scared. They then reveal that they were just teasing!

Abhi has to recite a poem before he can take Akshu home, and he makes up the CUTEST poem about medicine and Akshu and basically equating her to all these life saving and loving things. This scene was pure love!!!

Son Chairaya plays during the bidaii. Pranali and each and every single one of the Goenkas killed this scene. It was so emotional. All thoroughout, Abhi and Manjari were crying too. Neither one of them can see Akshu in pain. Akshu has flashbacks to the day she returned after 3 years. This girl did not have enough time with this family and she did not get the love she deserves, but still, she considers them her entire world.

Her scenes with Swarna, Manish, and Kairav were especially emotional! I always melt whenever she cleans Kariav’s glasses, and the way Manish loves her is just so powerful.

Akshu is scared and starts sobbing and telling Swarna that she cannot do this. Swarna reminds her who her parents are and that she has full faith that Akshu will keep the entire family together — again, foreshadowing to Akshu healing this entire family and being the glue that holds them together. Akshu is so scared to leave home that she falls to the ground crying. This scene was so raw. Akshu knows she has Abhi, and he means everything to her, but in this moment, she is so vulnerable entering this new world.

I am sure that tomorrow, Abhi will come help her get up and take her happily!

Such lovely episodes makers are serving us one after the other, it was so beautiful, Bidaai has my heart it was so emotional and goenka family killed it but pranali was so good today that it actually felt like real bidaai, raw emotions her I will miss you bade papa , bye nai kahoge AG was just beautiful beyond words, her fear, her sobbing it was all so well performed.

Mahima really needs to grow up as now she is insecured of anyone who is going or trying to match her, glad that parth is not practicing else she would start competing with him also.

Harsh is back to his toxic behaviour, I dont understand this man has no emotions or emotions comes out only when he is insulted. That PR party was such bad idea that you are using your son's marriage for PR I mean seriously but that PR papa for you. Guests insulting his DIL and he is listening rather adding to belittle her was so disgusting but m so glad akshara took stand for her profession and herself. Manjari proudly telling about her daughter in law had my Heart, such a beautiful moment. She vowing to herself that wht happned with her will not be repeated with akshu was such nice gesture, akshu has already started her work of making manjari stronger and with these two together Abhi will gain more strenght.
