I had never thought about this but then suppose they show a scene during the sangeet that Akshara is thanking Manjari, Manjari would have thought Akshara is talking about her advising Abhi to stop investigating the accident and concentrate on the wedding. 😆Probably the writers didn't wanted another confusion track so they avoided it.

Waise bhi more than Akshara, it's Aarohi who should have thanked Manjari for saving her from Abhimanyu's wrath 😆but then she herself is finding it hard to believe he did forgive her so easily without insulting her. 😆Aarohi should have apologized to Manjari long back for the accident even though it was not her fault but she's not that kind who will apologize for her own mistakes.

But akshara should also apologize for not checking the site and because of her sister manjari has been put through this

Another thing that is striking in this confusion is that Aarohi has a better idea about Abhimanyu's mentality when she says to herself that she cannot believe that Abhimanyu would forgive so easily, whereas Akshu is just fine with this, it shows that Akshu is right now looking through a rose colored lens at Abhi and imagining all kinds of virtues in him as is common between a couple in the period of courtship..other people are more easily able to see the faults in character but the one who loves just interprets everything in a good way and after marriage and living together the faults and the bad is seen clearly. This is what is going to happen too between akshu and abhi.

The inconsistency in the character build up of the FL and the gaping loopholes in the narrative is perhaps because the makers and the writers are paving the way for another round of toxic behaviour by the ML. This toxic behaviour will then be rationalised in the mind of the audience based on the many opportunities in which the FL ‘failed’ to meet/live up to the trust of the ML. This is such a good observation..it is definitely what will happen, but I also feel that because the writers have drawn Abhimanyu to have this really flawed and arrogant character so they are not bothering to make a sort of good, solid story of misunderstanding.. which is why the fl appears to be inconsistent and the ml a less than decent person. Like with the previous seasons' leads they crafted the MUs in such a way that one couldn't blame either of the leads exclusively..there would always be some extenuating circumstances, some way to justify each of their behaviours. But now that finesse is nowhere to be seen in the narrative nor the character sketches.
