I would love Akshu opening up on why she has this fire and ambitious to Abhi.. maybe cos of Kairavs heart disease or cos of her parents death which could have been due to careless/greedy doctors.

When Abhi scolds her i would love her to open up her pain to her mentor and he softening up towards her.

I know I am greedy.. but can you please update one more chapter tomorrow please?
