The creatives not the writers are going to kill Abhira after a year.

They brought a look alike in Yrkkh then a reincarnation track can be trialled where Akshara's daughter is a a mirror image of her mother.

Abhimanyu's photograph is going to be on the wall or he can become a ghost..A father figure to guide his daughter in the right manner.

That is why Romeo Juliet scenario with Abhira. The creatives are exploring life after death option

Unlike Romeo n Juliet, AbhiRa have themselves made the familes into enemies. When AbhiRa rishta was discussed first both the fams esp Goenkas were very happy. Then they started the most idiotic series of misunderstandings ever and dragged it to tilak. They should never have rushed so quick.

But the most stupid decision was taken by Abhi himself - agreeing to marry Arohi to spite Akshu. And then the story/romance went downhill.

Say what you will about Manish but his reaction to all this cr@p is realistic. 1 daughter lies for career and the other elopes with former sister’s fiance. And this fiance has been playing see-saw with both girls ever since he entered their lives. In fact I am surprised why the other Goenkas are not angry at Abhi.

And what world is Akshu living in? When itne years mein Aru never liked her, what makes Akshu think Aru’s heart will change esp after she “stole” her fiance on her WEDDING DAY.

And Aru! Why would anyone not let her pursue her career? Naira, in one or her multiple remarriage track, went to take an exam on the day of some function. Tara (Naksh’s ex-fiance) went for a hockey game on the day of her engagement. The family went to the grounds and cheered for her and then did the ritual. And these Singhanias and Maheshwaris were much traditional and conservative.

Overall s3 hasnt showed us “flawed” “real” characters. Some of them are plain immature and silly. And they take silly decisions and pull everyone in their mess.

It took the writers a couple of years to ruin Kartik (and Naira). Here Abhi has been destroyed in mere months.

This is true. Everyone keeps saying how toxic and wrong Goenkas are and how they don't care for akshu's happiness. The elders there seem to have always supported their girls in their ambitions and whatever they wanted to do in their lives. And you can be sure the women atleast will be helping akahu and abhi to get together.

Waise bhi I just don't like this kind of lovers being separated bcz of families' differences trope. You're right akshu and abhi can easily move away and get married, there's nothing left now for them to salvage. I also don't think abhira is comparable to kaira. Karthik despite being very young was already on his way to establish his career separate from his family business. He made his way, proved himself capable of supporting a family on his own and then went ahead to get married. This kind of thing would look good for abhira. Abhi has everything working for him to go his own way. And it's Akshu who wants to play khandan like naira did. But I'm just repeating here what Intoxicator, borntorule and aishapl013 have said so completely.

I just want to add...this silly kind of romantic scenes for abhira are even worse than their ruined story. I am never a fan of that kind of nok jhok but still Mohsin could pull it off nicely whereas it looks creepy and revolting when HC does it. Sorry to his fans... But please I want some good sophisticated, witty banter with intense looks. That'll do, thanks, not hearts, flesh wale, neon or on tic tac toe grids.

Me either - in this day and age, it's tough making it ring true (for the one notable exception, I recommend Yeh Kaali Kaali Ankhen on Netflix - very special case though😆)

This, so much this. Having seen what's on the main page with the Saami dance, I will now lay that cool sophisticated Abhimanyu to rest in my mind and resign myself to the buffoonery he's being subjected to🤔

BTW I also noticed that Manish tried to defuse the situation with humility and graciousness but noooo PR Pappu who should know better wasn't having any of it. Because everyone knows a public tamashaa is SO good for PR🤣

Absolutely. These are the two key plot points driving this story line and neither makes any sense (bold).

The Maheshwaris and Singhanias were so enlightened despite being conservative families - the Goenkas and Dadi especially were a sharp shift into regressive (despite her New York guru and imported maal😆).

Totally agree that Abhira have been ruined right out of the gate...

The baby talk and the teenybopper romance is exactly the issue - doesn't suit this pairing.

Harshad and Pranali give Beauty and the Beast Vibes. If you want to see Pranali with a Prince then he needs to have features similar to Pravisht Mishra.

I understand that Pranali has a baby face and this point of time someone like Namik Paul also will look older than her. He is 6 ft. 4. Karan Kundra has more of baby features, still the age difference is visible.

It is not the look old factor but the dialogue delivery of the leads that are going against the character. Yes both of them are not upto the mark. I feel they aren't Abhira but Harshali. Watch their SBS interviews. When they become serious, the scenes are executed well as both can carry off multiple emotions on their faces.

If I go back to Humsafars then Sahir Azeem Choudhary is more masculine, rugged and handsome than Abhimanyu Birla. There was a Bts where HC in his Sahir look was jogging on the road, practically everyone turned to see who is running. He makes his presence felt. His lead ie Shivya Pathania too had a baby face in 2014.

I am all game for such couples..so for me age is just a number. Yes if the creatives hamper an actors over all personality then I will point out.

I want the pre Tilak scenes where Abhimanyu treated Akshara as man loves a woman types. He flirted with Akshara.

Can these duo of Bhavna and Garima take a back and watch episodes of Dil Se Dua Saubhagyavati Bhava Or Sarawatichandra. Utkarsh and Saba are more capable and competent in giving us the much needed romance instead of baby talk.

Harshad is very good in intimate scenes..Abhi treating Akshara as a kid should go.

Romeo and Juliet were teenagers, 14 and 15 years old. They were dependent on their families.

But Akshara and Abhimanyu are adults who are earning their own livelihoods. Akshara has already lived on her own for 3 years. Abhimanyu is a top surgeon and, just one episode ago, was ready to leave his family and home. They've already broken a lot of family ties. In Akshara's case, Bade Papa won't even take water from her if he's choking and her sister hates her guts. They were both previously willing to elope.

So, at this point why not cut their losses, tell their unreasonable families to go suck an egg, and just walk off together into the sunset?

Thoughts? How realistic is this separation track likely to be?
