Was it planned? theory time

Hey guys,

This is not related to anything related to the current arc.. but a genuine doubt.

Did the makers really plan this.. YRKKH to Ichchee Node waaay already by this year beginning?

The premise of Ichchee Node is love triangle with 2 sisters (not-related by blood). plus many more toxic stuff..

Kaira died by this year beginning. And they introduced Sirat mere 3 months into the story (which enraged many fans). and almost after some months of few forced romance.. and that kunal kundra's character's death sacrifice.. and karthik-sirat marriage.. few inconveniences.. another girl is born.

The problem is the 3 months gap... logically it doesn't make much sense... they could have made it years in leap.. but the writers chose this leap.. Making the leap small and then Karthik and Sirat's child to closer in age with the other girl child(1-2 years difference)

1. Reason for the short leap:

Normally if the sisters had a big age difference this love triangle or understanding could be avoided. the elder one's marriage would usually take place while younger is still in college.. (usually by ITV standards not usually in real life..)

2. Not being adopted:

Actually in Ichchee Node, the younger sister was adopted and the elder treated her like a trash. but if they did the same, i.e. Karthik- Naira adopting a girl child and their daughter turns out to be evils.. fans will definitely revolt. The heroine's child must be also pure just like the mother (itv logic)

3. Not same mother:

If both the girl's mother was same, then "tumhari wajah se meri mumma mar gayi " doesn't make much sense.. because you know.. she was related to both these idiots.. Yes, Akshu actually had no clue that sirat was not her mother at least until few days before the tragedy.. but Arohi already felt a gap. and since a family is neglectful and she felt there seems to be clearly some major difference in attitude with Naira and Sirat. Etc.etc

I actually don't know why but Sirat's daughter is allowed to be grey while Naira's daughter is good(borderline stupid.. maybe) although both of them are from the same dad.. but it is somehow allowed.. I don't know why though.. they could have been cousins.. but ... I still feel this toxic sister relationship(plus a hollow love triangle) was planned way before

what do you guys think?

Yes, It was just speculation from my side though..

Maybe I am just overthinking it.. but still I just do not get the 3 month leap...

This show is famous for it's leaps... why not make a leap which will make people accept.. logically..

the age gap between the 2 daughters is conveniently short... hence my speculation...

It's the stupid 3 months... which i don't get...

If shivina and mohshin wanted to quit.. was it necessary for the characters to die?

Couldn't they do the "Chehra badltha hai par kahani nahi" with new older actors playing the older parents role after the leap..

I think this show already did it with Naithik? and maybe even the adult Naksh(?)

I wonder why they did not think that, in the original serial, both the parents were alive though...

If Both the characters were not possible, then at least one of the parent could have survived though...

Or maybe the fans would not accept it? I feel pity that 3 kids lost both their parents

Lol i am commenting first time after so long. I am silent viewer of YRKKH from kaira times and love Harshad deeply.

If cvs wanted they could have completely avoided bringing Sirat.. at all.. they could have easily made story of icche node with Krishna ( adoptive daughter of kaira) who was supposed to be their first born also later on they scrapped the whole idea post lockdown and did unnecessary changes. They could have explored the concept of blood and water through krishna--kairav--akshara. Instead of killing Naira they could have done many things but anyways RS thought that shivin chemistry could recreate kairat but alas it failed miserably because lets face it shivin were explored beautifully during kaira. The lovestory of karthik and naira was developed really slowly and the pace and backdrop was setup perfectly. Coming to Abhira everything is happening instantly and as a viewer we are not able to experience the passionate love factor. Also Akshara is not having any character growth. Naira learnt a lot from rishikesh and after coming back she adapted the akshara qualities as well. The connectivity of characters was there in S1 and S2. Here viewers only see s3 akshara singing songs like S1 Akshara but does she possess the 'sherni' factor like her real mother naira? I dont see her connectivity towards her mother/grandmother at all.. i bet she doesnt know about sighanias either...lol its all because of immense hate goenkas have towards naira and singhanias uff..

Truly,Goenkas are downfall of YRKKH.

But again, I don't think Krishna could be used for Ichchee Node premise.

See, if Krishna was the first born, then she would have been older than Kairav by 1-2 years making her older to Akshara by 8-9 years.

So there could not have been this love triangle.. Krishna would be first to get married off..

And since both are karthik and Naira's daughters, people would not not have liked the toxic relation between the sisters(people do not like the toxic nature even now though)

etc etc...

P.S.: So.. Krishna? what happened to her? Couldn't help it.. I was curious

Post lockdown, they made her ship to somewhere with dadi but apparently dadi came back but krishna didnt now i dont think these goenkas even remember her at all.. she is vanished in thin air.. lol

Gayu and Naira also had a bit of age difference i forgot how much but yes they did. This love triangle was not toxic at all. Gayu backed down when she came to know naira and karthik loved each other. She had a bit of withdrwal and hatred towards naira but it didnt become toxic at all.

See if they wanted they could have done many things. If icche node was what they wanted then maybe they could have done elder sister,younger sister thing between krishna--akshara too.. abhimanyu is also bit older to akshara too dont you think? He could easily be of kairav's age maybe older too.kairav krishna were shown same age or maybe year apart i guess.. i dont remember much about it..

They could have done many things instead of sirat-aarohi cr*p. Aarohi will be typical vamp thats for sure..i would have accepted aarohi if she was ranvir-sirat daughter which karthik might have adopted as his own and they could have icche node on that.. its unjustified to see karthik moving on so easily from naira and impregnated sirat just over couple of months..

Post lockdown RS had the spin off to deal with. It never got those expected numbers from day 1..same reason the story never had a very good foundation. Kind of cliche. His team was working on a popular bengali remake ie Anupama. RS was more interested in the replacement. Eventually the show became a huge hit. However post March, after the lock down the writing of YRKKH went down the drain. I saw Kundraji 's track. The writers were just adding masala. DPK lost the entire plot with Sirat. I still maintain that the old team is 101 times better than this current ensemble.

He also launched Maan ki awaaz Pratigya. RS goofed up like crazy there. It was JV with his ex wife. Spin off fans trolled him liked crazy.

The channel wanted to pull the plug and the rest is history.

Well RS has not taken a break. In Jan 2022, DPK is coming up with something big.

I don't know whether he loves his shows or the slots.

See I am Bengali girl n my mom told me about few of the series she watches. Like the Sreemoyee which is the original Anupama. Sreemoyee is an amazing amazing series. More realistic/ practical and often the starkness of the situations are toxic too.

Icche Nodi I tried to watch but the characters were too raw, almost savage and overly harsh n rude behaviour. Life mein already itna stress hai and to watch toxic, angry, jealous manipulative people making lives of honest simple people is just not my thing.

I also did not like any of the actors other than the male lead and he is made so angry by the unnecessary pressure. I stopped watching.

Now- In #YRKKH also I am back only for Harshad CHopda and I am liking his pair up with both the sister so I will watch.

But if it gets too toxic I am out again.

After watching Ichche Nodee, I find everyone bland here. That is the effect.

@bold: Aand I was just going to sleep. 🤣🤣This sentence though!!!😆 Thanks suhana It almost made me think of researching but I know that as long as there is no story arc based around them the child actors are not really important in the serial, hence their characters.

I definitely not know anything about the YRKKH 2nd gen story..

@red: That is what I am saying.. 3 months was way too short..I wonder what would they have lost if they did a larger leap... Maybe Krishna could have been the reason Naira died, hence people (especially Akshu) not liking her. etc ...But they went with 3 months leap and Sirat. Which is why I am speculating?
