I really want to know who writes Vedika's Character and her dialogues. I mean, just out of curiosity, I want to see who this person is.

I don't even want to talk about or write in detail or talk about, what I just saw. I am sure you know which scene I am talking about.

It's funny how they (creatives) were vouching for positivity in Vedika's character.

Like imagine, try to imagine, that you are a sane person but then you have a one sided crush on this man, who never ever care for your existence in his personal life, but then due to family pressure ends up marrying you, but then his love his wife comes back, and you know that his family has basically made you into a toy as per their requirement. You know all of this. You know that your one sided crush still loves his first wife and now you also know that your marriage is not valid not even legal and forget about legal aspect that man, even though he is not saying anything, he clearly is looking forward to his first wife and the child with his first wife.

WHO IN THE SANE MIND, will have anymore expectation to live with that man? Who in the sane mind will try to sleep in same room, forget about the bed? Who in the sane mind will still be "fighting" for her right , or who will be having any expectations from that family who is clearly using you for their own satisfaction and who in the sane mind will want to live with that man whose heart is still wandering to another lady, his first wife, to be specific, and when he is clearly finding thousand unspoken ways to run away from you? Like Who?

If THAT kind of person, who still is craving for any attention on marriage aspect, from such a family, or any "that kind of" expectations from such a man, IF such a person is not Des**, then I don't know who is.

I am hopeless when it comes to Creatives' obsession on Vedika's character. Even villains are appreciated, but she is just despicable enough to shut you out of your sense. She is just a lamentable and insignificant baggage, creatives are forcing on viewers. She is not even impactful, a nugatory character, whenever given screen space leaves an irritated and boring impact.

Kartik - Naira

Regarding Kartik, that's the thing. Kartik vs. Naira fans may take this to another level just to have a duel on this as always. I don't want to get into that. Because I am expecting a lot from both of them. A lot more is expected from Kartik, considering the Characterisation that is built in the minds of viewers. The creatives and writers are really doing bad with writing Kartik's role in the matter post leap scenes. He wakes up a moment and then he is sleeping the next because he is not reacting as he was expected to.He is fighting with Naira, have a exciting face off but the mater is left unattended in the middle, on fee many issues. Regarding Kairav, I see that he made some progress based on updates that I read this week. Beside that, he is just playing a passive role, which I am really not in favor of. Naira's character needs to have some character growth. She is no better with her useless obliging and over kind attitude, because at this phase of life, her priorities should govern her actions but instead her priorities are seemingly making her look weak. She is bound to be weak emotionally but not through her decisions and actions. But yes, Naira's character, at the moment is written a tad better and active one than Kartik's.

I am fond of Kartik and Naira, equally, but Writers/creatives are doing a great job ruining it all for me. If Naira is the heroine I want Kartik to be THE hero. Taking decisions, be it in action or be it in thoughts, I want to see more of him, taking active lead in his story.It's not about storyline anymore. The story line is already tempered beyond repair, for me. It's just the actors and the chemistry between leads that has kept me glued but now, it's the question on characterisation. I hope the writers don't ruin this beyond repair too.

But coming back to the topic of this post, Vedika's character, it was not pleasant to watch those clippings but it was funny, to see how she is proving me right. No matter how much Creatives try to work on her character, it will always lack originality and "positivity".

Only person that will benefit from Naira taking away Kairav & going to Goa is Vedika. She was worried if Naira would open her kachcha Chitha to Goenkas. I hope someone does if not Naira than Naksh

I think we must not be fooled by Vedikas character...tbh ...she is the most cleverly written character I’ve seen in a very long time. She has fooled everyone.....the goenkas , karthik , naira and even many viewers. She has changed and evolved in front of our eyes with each episode..when we saw her in the first few episodes during the Goa track...she came across as a helpless , timid soft girl ..who turned to the Goekas for support after her dad died. She got k dadi and manish eating out of her hands like she’s the most wonderful thing they’ve ever had in their house..they let naira take kairav aWay from their house...their blood grandson so that vedika can have her husband karthik all to herself ....this tells me that they value vedika even more than kairav. vedika after finding out about her marriage being illegal..got the divorce papers ready in minutes ..is this the action of a weak timid woman...no it's the job of a high skilled manipulator. After she saw karthik and naira in bed together ,.why didn’t she make a scene like any normal wife would do..she didn’t ,.because she assessed the situation,and said she must get her opponent out of the way rather than get into the bad books of her husband who she wants at any cost ..this is the extent of her manipulative tactics ..she doesn’t care whether karthik loves naira or that he loves his son..they must be gone so she can have her prize. So the goenkas, karthik and naira are all vedikas toys being manipulated by her. So the only way out will be for her to get totally negative and then the goenkas will realise their mistake and get back onto nairas side..

There’s was another dialogue as well “I can see you but I can’t touch you” 🤣. The cvs could have worded it differently like I can’t reach out to you or something like that but they had to go with “touch”. She’s just appearing desperate right now.

She found out her marriage has no standing in front of law or religion because if I am not wrong, Hinduism doesn’t permit two marriages at the same time yet she walks into the room hours later with the idea of sharing a bed.

Even if we give her the benefit of the doubt and say they took the pheras together, etc, would any woman with a bit of self-respect want to share a bed with a man who doesn’t even looks towards her? She clearly knows he has no feelings towards her. It’s ridiculous for her to assume that he would consummate the marriage when he refrains from any physical contact with her.

Is marriage all about sleeping together? I don’t understand what the cvs are even trying to show. Someone had pointed out that if the tables were reversed and a guy would have suggested sharing a bed with a girl without her consent, the scenario would have been completely different. She is emotionally blackmailing Kartik to sleep with her. Does that count as harassment?

I love how you have analysed her character. I won’t be surprised if they show that she was an obsessed stalker who planned this all out, even a man dying to save Kartik, years in advance to be with Kartik 🤣.

You post is really convincing. But I still believe Vedika's character was really one of those poorly written one. Vedika is shrewd, Naira is manipulated, but I don't think she has any control over her manipulation over Goenka's and Kartik. I might be wrong, as I am not really understanding Kartik's take on his 2nd marriage. he is going to and fro, the creatives are not highlighting his thoughts on the situation much, so for now, I am under assumption that Kartik doesn't even consider sparing two thoughts on her. It's just that when she comes in front he goes quiet, so I am not really sure about him being a toy in hands of Vedika, yet.

As for Goenka's, they have used her well, to their satisfaction. But I haven't seen episodes for a fairly long time by now, so I am not sure if they are really toyed by her. Goenka's were never in favor of Naira. They hated Naira to the extent that any one would be acceptable to them but Naira. They were just faking obsession for Vedika because I think they just wanted someone anyone for Kartik without giving much thought. I think.

Vedika's character is a result of off the cuff attempt to introduce a love triangle. Looked really weird and stupid. Her character, from vouching of "positive character" by creatives to portrayal of poor helpless woman to now becoming impulsive and shrewd, is coming across as a mockery. There is no proper portrayal of that significant growth. Its just that I can see the dire attempt to revive the plot the writer planned but it's no more convincing amidst the trp induced hurried changes in story. V's character was written by a lot of love by creatives, in hope of an amazing plot, which later came across as nothing but frustrating stupid character in front of Kaira's and Kairav's significant issues, which CVs overlooked. I may be wrong, though.

Since I said your post is convincing, my views can just be one side of story, and creatives can actually turn her into something major, seeing the love they have for such a character.

But any attempts that they have made to revive her character was a complete flop and uninteresting showcase, for me.
