Hey people 😉😆, I've been out having loads of fun in preparation ceremonies for my sister in laws wedding up front! I missed you guys for dearly 😊! Been wearing some really nice sarees and been complimented that they suit me 😆👏 ... oh how complicated a dress 😆, I even danced a little with it 😆😆 !
Anyways, well we have Akshara again in trouble now? ! Had she ever been out of the "trouble"? 😆
Well for me, I have two very basic rules set out:
1. Not to take part into another person's affairs. Never promise something you cannot fulfill, or don't have the confidence to fulfill. It is a very big responsibility when you give someone a promise. Specially, always think about your husband or yourself first. STAY AWAY FROM TROUBLE, let those directly related to the decision making process decide.
2. If you have decided you MUST INTERFERE, then please do it confidently. Don't wait till everything is over, to take your step, and eventually create a bigger problem out of it.
Akshara seems to have decided to take option two, however not fulfilling the requirements of option 2. Well I for one never believe in option two (call me selfish!)... but I think that there are things a person must stay at a distance from for the sake of ones peace and prosperity! There is nothing wrong in it.
My own sister in law was not at all comfortable with the marriage as she wanted to complete her Master studies. However, as things turn out here (or as I observed) she is OK with all ceremonies, she never puts too much stress on the parents etc. So, even though I feel she could've done better to complete her studies as she wished it, I don't think I was capable to take her case. So I decided to play DUM! ... 😉. So why not? ... If Akshara's sister in law is so firm in her own decision that she cannot marry someone whom she don't get a chance to meet, she should go to her parents or the rest of the family and make it clear! There are a 101 very polite ways to do that! Why fire on everyone with Akshara on front? ... OH WAIT, its Akshara who has volunteered somehow to be on front! Just like she did with her disabled sister in law, who is now PAYING HER OFF! 😉😆👏
She never too gave Naitik a good suggestion till now. Or maybe I missed those episodes when she did.
It is time she realizes, or sets her priorities straight. Very sad to see her situation.
Why me being a girl from Europe could loose my sleep if I were in a situation where all my own personal respect would go down the drain because of my looney decisions! In families so closely knit, the in laws do play a role in your life. In her case, its even more because its a "joint family system" (OMG!).
Now I wonder why the girl (the younger sister in law) denies ... 😕
