it's normal breakfast u can say..parantha , sabzi or anything u like..fruits, milk, tea..depends on one's preferences..in my family, they prepare that milk wali sevaiya..and paranthas and all..

Forcing someone is definitely not a good idea till you have the shradhha..... what's the point after all you are fasting to please Gods and God knows in what circumstances one is keeping fast....
Anyways fasting for me is spiritual ...i mean i feel a bit closer to God that day and it gives me inner peace...So i fast for Karwachauth , Ahoi Ashtami for kids and other one's too...

I will miss Nani sooo uch especially her dialogues......
