I think exactly the same way as you do. I need food three times a day! My husband and I do not believe in fasting for pati hence I do not fast. Fast karke phir saara din sochte raho ki kab khaneko milega to phir kya faayda? Hoever MIL is different story. She indirectly tries to indicate but as long as no direct compulsion is given (which I am sure will never happen) I am safe.

I so agree that things like this should be felt from heart and should not be forced.

this teej seems like our ramzaan.....i mean we also fast 4rm sunrise to sunset..........woh bhi 4 a month.........n m also fasting now..........as i love to dat......bhookhe rehne meri aadat hai......... 😆 ...2day was da 12th day n abhi aur 18 days baaki hai 4 da Eid........
achcha khasa dieting ho jaata hai....

yeaf in Ranzaan also we fast without a drop of water........n da sargi seems wat we call sehri.........but i never eat at dat tym..coz itne subah kaun khayega......
n roza rakhna has become my habit now......i love to fast.....

yeah Ramzaan mein we are not supposed to eat or drink until sunset......n it has become our habit.....
but garmi mein fark pata chalta hai....like nowadays in kolkata its very hot n its not raining also so kabhi kabhi pyaas lagta hai but its okk......

tum log Eid ka bhaare mein baat kar rahe ho kya?..tt fast is not d whole day..its until sunset rite?...7pm u can break fast...
