In YRKKH Naitik n Dadaji don't want Akshara to go to college or continue studies coz honewali bahus need not study n ya they don't want her to interact with boys..such situations arise in real life too in most conservative families..so what if your future husband and his family don't want you to attend college and stop studies?

what will u do..will u agree to stop studies coz u don't want to upset ur future sasuraal ppl n coz u love ur fiance..u don't wanna mess up things..or will u be bold n put forward ur opinion and tell them that u wanna continue with ur studies coz education is important?..what if you are a lazy student like Akshara?

I hope to god he never but if he indeed ask me to stop studying then I will simply show him the door cause for me education come's first befor anything else and I will not give it up for anyone no matter whom it may be.

Same here... I also believe that my education comes first.
I'd firstly talk everything over with the guy and tell him my priorities.

If he agrees, then great! But if things don't work out then it wasn't meant to be. 😳

I'll say you go find another woman. I believe education is must for everyone whether you're a man or woman.

frankly i would stop studying only if my would be husband put 10 million $ in my account and doesn't enforce his views on me...and not studying would be his and in laws only demand... thats it. lol

i would never get enagaged/married to such a guy! it's not just about studies, the guy or his family have NO RIGHT to impose restrictions on the girl!! who are they to decide whether or not the girl can study or can go out and work, etc??

if the guy gave in and said was ok with me continuing studies, i would STILL NOT marry him because this is just a start - first he says no to studying, then he would say no to working, then he would say he is not supposed to share the responsibilities at home because "he is a man", etc, etc! his whole attitude about a man and woman's relationship is what i would consider wrong....!!!

but I need 200 million to kiss my education goodbye with that in my account OMG!! my education can so go to hell, who need education when I have got money to last me a lifetime🤣

I agree!

I have a feeling this will just be the start of things she'll be asked to sacrifice. Damn, they expect her to take care of the kitchen and everything. I would run away ASAP.
