I somehow really like Kartik, I think in the high living of the Reddy's, Kartik is the only one with passion in him, that hasn't been polished by superficial elegance. He's his own, his style is natural, but he emotes truly. And I absolutely love the fact that he loves his twin so much. That scene was adorable between Kartik and Anushka. Hmmm you're right. I mean I don't like him because I know he's going to unfold as the great thorn in both Prabhakar and Sidhanth's sides, but within the family he definitely is the only one I am intrigued by besides KK and Anushka. He really, really loves Anu and that's very clear. His heartfelt and genuine compliment to her was such a poignant and loving moment!
In two weeks, Nita Reddy finally has shown her prowess. I loved that scene too. I think the actress looks very pretty too.
She hangs out with Riddhi, but she knows who's a daughter and who isn't. That was impactful. Many said on the Forum, that she doesn't come off like a great Mom. However, she still loves her kids and that's seen today. In her own way, she's shown it. And I love the makers for having their own nuances to every character. She definitely does love her children! But she operates in a society that is much larger than sometimes her own role as a mother, and so she's weaponized her own role in her children's lives to ensure that they are all at the top of the list no matter what.
Trust me, it is so new and exhilarating to see that for a TV show, they have put in so much effort and life into each character and defined it so well. Beautiful writing. I agree!
Anushka was beautiful as usual, I loved it when she told Sid, Tumhe Kya Lagta hai. I think that was the first scene of hers where she emoted so strongly, and she came off really sexy for a man there, who's probably already in love with her. There was something primal about that expression. It has nothing to do with the scene as such but that was good. This girl is improving with her acting. XD
I am gonna skip Sid completely, coz Vena, I can't do any justice to him. You have done it all. XD He was mind-blowing. He was definitely the show stealer today LOL. I think he's forever stayed in love with her for as long as he's known her, but he's hidden that away and has dulled it down so that it no longer afects him the way it used too. But I also think that love for her is going to evolve because he may have been in love with mini Anushka, but he doesn't know the woman before him, and I think she' going to continue to surprise him yet.
Back to the other characters, KK is sharp man. I like his character. How he noticed something as minute as Kartik and Goyal talking. Kartik isn't gonna get it easy if they lose the deal. Some Dynamics between the Banker, Heera Sanyal - I didn't like her outfit with the backnecklace and all, but her style is insane. She was there as Swetlana in ZKM, I think these people are Delhiites who can be picked for any show there. Yeah, so back to the Dynamics, rhere is some high class shit going on there and KK will emerge as the winner in the end.
KK is a shrewd and cunning man 😆 High class shit omg 😆 I love how all these rich people hold onto so many farces and fake necessities in their social circles, KK is definitely coming to strike 'em clean. I felt that introduction scene of KK and Anushka to the Banker, Heera and Joshi was amazingly done. It seemed very, very real and superb. I like that, they haven't resorted to stuff like, he's Mitthal, owner of Mittal and Sons. Bahut dekh liya woh .😆
Those things don't matter actually, but the fact that the makers have paid attention to detail is commendable. Some media guy and other stuff.
Their introductions to the big players, the way KK and Anu moved effectvely throughout the party definitely was very well done. They were very natural in their interactions and it didn't come off as intimidating, but rather as these are so and so people, as if we as the audience were truly meeting them in real life for the first time as well.
The wardrobe scene, where Riddhi and Anushka wear the same dress. Again, typical high class stuff, but important to establish their standards. Executed well .
I like Srikanth, he's a fishy character agreeably. But i like the fact that he acknowledges Siddhant's effort. He's also a weak character, but a strong characterisation nevertheless.
Writers have done brilliantly by their strong characterisation of a weakling. I agree! The fact that we can have strong feelings for any of these characters is always a sign of strong characterization!
The Sinhas scene was so much in contrast. Prabhakar isn't at all like the high class people, but he can still mingle with them coz he's talented. That is proved here. So it isn't class that matters all the time, it's also knowledge and skills and how good you are.
He doesn't need any superficial style to talk to people coz he's got the goods.
And they haven't just said he's sincere, KK emphasises that Prabhakar isn't just hard working, he's pretty much everything for their company.
Mostly other shows say, uski mehnat aur lagan Blabla. Here they say, his calculations and numbers! Waah! Very few people in the limelight acknowledge the importance of numbers and finance jugglery. Kudos to the makers to be so meticulous. Lol.
I loved this bit, but I think it was also a good show of foreshadowing. Prabhakar is everything for the company as KK claims, what will happen in the inevitable future when things will be detrimental to both of them because of the families they belong too and the webs their children have created! It will be interesting to see!About Gayatri and Purva. Wasn't her name Apurva? .😆
Idk. Anyway, she's simple and completely out of place. Even my Mom would be this out of place in such a party. That was also nicely shown. And the fact, that she knows one or two people there by face and appearance. Truly natural and realistic.
I loved their scenes! I love how simple these two rolled in but completely confident in themselves. They have no reason to associate with the masses and so they keep to themselves, allowing Purva a glimpse into the rich and famous, but at a safe distance.Precap, was epic. The FB scene was amazing. I love the young Siddhant so much, I want some nice romantic scenes between the young SidKa also. It would be nice. Like they imagine and it happens or whatever.
He's so cute.
Anyhow, I loved the episode for Siddhanth and Anushka obviously. But, they have portrayed such myriad shades of characters in those 20 minutes without losing focus on SidKa is commendable. Legit. 20 minutes and they are able to cover so much. Applause.
Btw, Sweety was cute as usual.
