Blue, i will be honest and don't ask me why, but i always thought you were a man lol! And now that i stand corrected, thank you for such a insightful look at your own "love story", i am always astounded when I hear stories like yours where you can commit to a lifelong commitment to someone you barely know, i am very happy when i see it evolving into a true love connection, i am very happy for you.

In this serial, i think both of them started falling in love with the fact they both honored their families and duty and responsibility, Aru fell for the way Mukhi cares for everybody especially Mishri and Mukhi fell for the girl with the dreams of providing her family with the best they deserved, Aru always put her family first as well, and that basis is what led to their marriage also being able to stand the test of time albeit right now, they are still figuring that out :)

Personally Blue, i don't want to come across as giving up on love because of my age or anything like that, i truly don't care about it, it's a number, but I think i should send some of the dedicated forum writers here the second writing I have done after my "bio" life story. It is my thoughts on love, sex, romance, relationships and what i am looking for, and it evokes serious debates because some think i am too picky, some thing its never going to happen but to me, i only ask for what i can offer myself. That way people will really get an idea of this version of Mukhi aka Wally ;)

Lol :)) Wally, you thought I was a man !!! 😆😆😆

Will take as a complement then , because that means my writing doesn't carry any stereo typical stamp . But I can guess why..I am surrounded my men, husband, two sons, brother in laws and brother. Its a household dominated by progesterone😆. I am many times required to think from the male perspective , especially for my sons, as they enter and traverse their teenage. So I can dissect some emotions from both the sides.

One things I have learnt, that men are capable of as much emotion and attachment as women, if not more. In fact men trust much more once they find an anchor in a woman, as my husband keeps saying. Its just women express and do not internalize emotions ( most women) and men tend to internalize( most men.).

Also another thing, my writing will not carry typical romantic notions of an 18 year old girl. Am way beyond that, married for 15 years now and know that its really not about looks, touch or giddy feelings all the time. Its about knowing that after you spend your day fighting the outside world, you have someone to go back to in the evening and rest with, who will energize you. Its about having that one person who believes the best in you inspite of knowing the worst in you. That person who will always have your back, who will not leave you alone in any mess. The person who will love you even if you are thin, fat, well dressed or not, cook well or not...so many of these superficial things stop mattering. As on today my husband understands me better than my own family and helps me manage them as I help him with his. Its that assurance and rock solid support even in the times we are fighting through an issue...thats romance for me as on today. :)

Yep, I am the typical behenji you would find in your community :):):)

:-D Radha,

I did not mean the punjabi welle or Bengali Da (which is brother), in my mind it was Wally Da from the serial. The background score. Was just waiting for someone to pick up on it.

And you never disappoint me sweetheart! :-D
