I think in this track we will see that as per family front Samiana is standing in same platform and their struggle to be together as life partner will be the next track as per my assumption.
For Sam and Naina:
1. Nanu=Chachaji. (Their everything, they also worship them as God) . Both of them are accepted and blessed Samiana and both promised to stand by them.
2. Visakha=Rakesh. (Both of them hold wrong perception about Naina and Sam and does not feel that they can make a successful couple.) I understand Rakesh was rude to Sam but not Visakha and that is because of their nature. Rakesh is rude to everyone. Rakesh choose Arjun over Naina and Chachaji was the person who protected her just like Visakha choose Somani's family over little Sam and Nanu was his protector. Both the living parent of Naina and Sam never understand their needs. Actually, they know them from outside but they are stranger to their offspring's inside, their thoughts.
3. Mama-mami=Taiji-tauji. ( They want to marry Sam and Naina with someone profitable for them and of their status/cast. Mami- mami wants Su for business growth and Taiji-tauji want someone who is of Sharad's status so that Rakesh can't take upper hand. Only difference is that Mama-mami treats Sam well may be because he is the owner of the business and where they are standing today is all because of Nanaji. But, Naina is ill treated by them as Rakesh's earning is low. None is thinking about Sam and Naina's profit)
4. Poonam=Chachi. (golden hearted people though only want Sam and Naina's happiness but could not do much as their opinion matters least.)
5. Sam's Bhaiya=Arjun. (They will listen to their father and family. They are weak personalities).
6. Preeti=Mundit ( Rock solid support for Samiana.)
Now, Nanu is no more and Anand is going to US ( In 90s US means too far as then internet communication was not there). In such situation, Samiana's relationship will come to knowledge of family members and they had to fight without any support and they have with them is the approval and blessings of their most important person of their life. The battle begins now and the journey of walking through the path of thorn being each others support starts now. Rosy future is waiting for them at the end of the road with the return of Chachaji and the saree gifted by Nanu.(really want Sam to see Naina in that Saree, may be at the time of their engagement)
But, I really believe Naina's fight will be more tough as Naina's position in her home is worst while Sam is financially strong and the owner of the business where Mama and bhaiya works.
