I have time and again said that Naina's love has not matured, her love is still at candyfloss level 😆 Just try to recall how she wanted to prove to Swati that that was shadiwala pyar.😆 that shows one kind of innocence. but this innocence does not have maturity with it. Naina is not a mature individual till now. Again the credit goes to Rakesh and also the regressive background they are showing of a family where even Pooja is not educated just like Bela. but with time Anand was able to get Preeti and Naina into education. Any girl who experienced love in school life must have relived her journey with Naina. but she lacks courage and righteousness cause somewhere she is forced. Just think how she quietly bears all the injustice done to her by Rakesh. Its not her fault but the fault in up bringing of girls where they are taught to keep mum. Only ray of hope for her is her chachaji but as it is said every human is to err. Anand too has some wrong ideologies and she gets influenced by them as well.

For me Naina has not fallen in love till now. Her love needs to mature a lot to see right and wrong and make her a strong individual. Love does wonder and brings the best out of you, what has actually happened with Sameer, As u said, she was able to curse him, that shows the immaturity of her mind, she needs more development as a character. For me, Naina has to make a long journey. And I know she will because there is no way once you heart has experienced love and your heart has not turned softer, pyar toh patthar ko bhi pighla deta hai. and the betrayal she talks about is also maybe due to her age and hormonal rush in this age.😆 Soon she will mature. but yes, this doesnot mean I want Cvs to give her easy escape from the wrong she did with Sameer. She needs to accept it.

We think alike. Hi I am Devyani.

Jes, I don't think the issue has been skipped. It will be brought out at the right time and the time maybe now with Arjun getting to know of the bet. Otherwise therr was no need to involve Arjun in this. Sameer needs mukti from that incident. Definitely, i agree Naina needs to know how her actions, her father and brother contributed to Sameer's revenge.
In one of the OLVs, Arjun tells Sameer that his enmity was with him not with his sister, why he took badla from Naina and he challenges him for a cricket match during the fight. So, maybe Sameer tells Arjun why it all started and Arjun even confesses the truth in the heat of the moment. Not sure how they are going to play the OLV segment.

My thoughts exactly, even I was also wondering the same thing .
How CVs can forget this?
This is high time they should consider this and clear Sameer's name.
Poor kid had suffer because of it.
Good thing his nanu is trustee otherwise his whole career would have been doomed and not to forget he also lost his mother and his step father got one more chance to humiliate him.
I really hope when he gets to know that Naina knew that her brother who stole the papers yet kept quiet he should also give her hard time to forgive easily.
I would love to see her running behind him for forgiveness just like he is doing now.
By the way nice post and I completely agree with you.

In fact I started a topic on exactly the same thing...

http://www.india-forums.com/forum_posts.asp?TID=4944957

Naina should realise...

reposting it here..
know many will not agree, but I think Naina is partly at fault for instigating the bet... she accused Sam of stealing the papers and caused him so much pain and shame in front of his mom and step-dad ( who, by the way, was waiting for a chance to put him down)...
He got scolded by teachers and banned from cricket team.
So when Naina comes to know the truth from her bro and apologises to Sam, why should Sam forgive her ? He could have shouted back at Naina just like how she did today...She had never clarified the truth to anyone, never bothered to clear Sam's name in front of the school/princi/his mom... did it not prick her that time ? Alteast Sam tried to say sorry...
Breaking someones heart is a cruel way to take revenge, but Naina should realise too, that she herself had caused a lot of hurt to Sam which probably made him take up the bet...

I agree totally! But along with Naina, Arjun should feel sorry as well. Both the siblings have done grave injustice to Sameer. If Sameer has realised his blunder, Naina should also understand the gravity of that situation. Hiding the truth is Supporting the crime! Naina is biased. The entire family father, brother and Naina herself caused lot of harm to Sameer. It is a big reason of origination of the Bet saga! For personal grudges , out of inferiority complex, Rakesh always troubled Sameer! None can tolerate abuses and remarks about family values without any reason. You just can't take anybody for granted, there will be repercussions. So this is must that Naina realise that she has also committed a sin which could have spoiled someone' s life. Sameer was maligned and got negative reputation and got punished for nothing becoz of her. He suffered for the crime someone else had committed. This is really surprising why Naina couldnot hear her conscious when she is in love with Sameer! She was also not blind! Her love may be pure but not selfless! Trust me or not true love, though rare - forgives, true love never want revenge, never curses. B ur she cursed Sameer to live with his guilt. Sameer faked love according to her but she loved him truly na! As a character I find Sameer much stronger than Naina! You will see Sameer, after knowing the truth will forgive Naina!

completely my pov is also same feeling really bad for Sameer 😭

I think Sameer and Naina's journey & path achieving true love is different. Sameer's journey is tough but actually better - his one is a transformation from falsehood to true love . But Naina's is a journey of half truth (Ardha Satya) throughout - very complicated & dangerous though it seems simple. Her immaturity (someone has rightly mentioned ) due to her upbringing always keeps her away from the exact truth. The sanskar injected by the family doesn't allow her to think freely and judge people in the right manner. This maturity cant be achieved through studies. Bookish knowledge and practical experience differ to a great extent. She thinks she is doing the best, she thinks she is right. The rigidity inside her doesn't allow her to judge and root out the exact cause of a circumstance evolved. Only a rebel in such a conservative family can come over the complications. But till now, Naina is not shown bold enough.

Hi

Very nice post . All have written the point which was in my mind since long.
In a way and her family itself is responsible for the mess that she ans sameer is in now. Once sameer knows the truth he must give her and Arjun a peace of his mind. That rakesh is also one of Thebes mail reason he has slapped and abused sameer n number of times and the innocent boy was blamed for all the things.be it even the mouth abu room where he found sameer it was naina who brought him in .
I always found sameer more realistic and practical than naina.i feel is only good in studies but still so she's not much practical in life where as Sameer is just the opposite and he scores a higher position than naina in my eyes. When he knew he was wrong he called off the bet too but sadly it diddnt favour him. I will not fully blame sameer for the bet issue as he is a teenager and when any one question that family value his ethics and respect. Here sameers image was at stake coz of aggarwals.

Rest all of you mentioned is the same doubts that was in my mind since long

I think Naina didn't understand the consequences of her actions. I don't know if this is a mistake or if CVs plan to do something about it. Sam ki bezzati hui, then he placed the bet. Then the exam issue got over. Nobody mentioned it again. No further investigation was done. The room situation in mt. Abu. Even though Sameer wasn't actually to be blamed. However, he took the blame, and from a school's perspective they should address the issue.(As an audience member who loves Sam, I'm glad no action was taken. But aisa koi school nahi hota hai) Sameer is a reserved guy. Naina didn't know the effect it had on his family dynamics. He started wooing her for bet purposes immediately after the key drama happened at princis office . Naina didn't know that this exam paper was the reason behind his mom finally leaving him. And trustee ka nati hai toh school mein toh reh bhi jayega. Jaha tak Rakesh sir ki baat hai, exam paper jisne bhi chori ki, he will continue to hate Sameer for no reason at all. Unko toh bas bahana chahiye. Both Sameer and Naina didn't deal with the situation properly. Sameer should have tried to prove his innocence first and if he decided to opt for revenge, it should have been at a lower level. Naina's fault was that as soon as she found out the truth, she should have told Sameer the truth, and asked for forgiveness. Anyway, the matter was closed. After the exam paper confrontation at principal's office , it was concluded that nobody can be blamed because finding a key doesn't prove anything. The major lesson Naina has to learn (that will aid in the forgiving process) You cannot change the past but you can make up for it in the future. Maybe her guilt gave her a motivation to shower her love on Sameer, a motivation to stay up all night to make that sweater, a motivation to make him smile by revealing his poem. (just a guess). At the same time, Sameer is making up for his mistakes right now. The important thing is repentance and making up for your mistakes. It is easy to count a person's mistakes but yeh kisi ko yaad nahi rehta ki ussi insaan ne tumhare liye kya kiya hai. Kisi ke acchaiyan sab bhool kaate hai jab koi galti karta hai. Lekin Sam ko yaad hai, that's why I feel even if the bet issue is revealed, Sam wouldn't care because Naina has done a lot for him. At the same time Sam has also done a lot for her but iss bet ki wajah se it seems like a lie. When Naina sees Sameer's sincerity, and starts relating it to her mistake, she will forgive him and all will be fine.

This loop needed to be closed for character growth of Naina & Arjun. They shd show repentance & ask for his forgiveness .Then only it will be justified.I want to see Sameer's reaction & not him becoming only Mahan. His original personilty shd be kept intact.Till Naina is sorry for this my sympathies with Sameer more than Naina.Yeasterday also they showed sharp contrast between 2 families.
