Ishita was thinking about abhis word raman came both went to their class whole time ishita was thinking about abhis word anyhow she asked raman if he miss his father raman got sad and upset ishita said sorry to him he forgave her naani asked ishita why she is so tensed ishita told her about abhi and his talk she was angry but ishita made her understand naani understood she agreed with Ishita she asked ishita if she loves raman ishita was startled she got nervous naani asked her not to get nervous ishita accepted she loves raman naani was happy ishita said but raman thinks about her just as friend naani said he also loves her but is unaware loved their talk

Part 12

Next day Nani and ishita went to shopping after breakfast . Though Nani wanted yo go to Abhi's house first as she was hell mad at Mr bhalla and wanted to give him nice peace of mind but ishita said that if they will go home without any shopping bags ,may be the men will doubt them. Nanu agreed to her and both went for shopping ,they did little bit of shopping then went to Abhi's house . Ishita rang the bell and a middle aged lady opened the door , Nani made faces on her sight while ishita asked " ye abhi ka ghar hai ?. "

The lady - yeah , aaplog ?

Ishita - I m his classmate ,can you please call him .

The lady nodded and was going when Nani said " tera naam Rajni hai na ?".

The lady got surprised listening to her and asked " aapko kaise pata ?".

N- apne bete nahi balki apne pati ko bulaao , I want to talk to him .

L- but who are you ?

N- I m Dilraaj singh ,mother of santoshi bhalla .

The lady got surprised and said " auntyji aap ,aap please andar aaiye ,main abhi unhe bulati hoon ."

Saying so the lady went inside while ishita looked at Nani and said " Waah Nani, aap to sherni ho ,wo kitna darr gayi aapse ."

N- darna hi chahiye, usne meri beti aur Raman ki zindagi kharaab kar di ,main to bas ye chahti hoon ki kisi bhi tarah se ye log mere Raman to hurt na kare .

Ishita nodded ,both went inside and settled in the couch . The lady came back again with some sweet and water ,she kept it on the table and said " aap pani pijeye ,wo abhi aa rahein hain ."

N- we don't need any water, just wanna talk to him .

L- still ,you are coming from outside ,so have some water .beta tum bolo na unko.

Ishita nodded and said " wo theek bol rahi hai Nani ,aap please paani pi lijeye .

Saying so she picked the glass of water and passed to Nani ,she took the glass and sipped slowly,thats when Mr bhalla arrived. His wife and Abhi was holding him from both the sides and he was looking too weak , surely he was sick . Abhi made him sit in the couch ,he tried to bend to touch Nani's feet to seek her blessing but she denied witnessing his state and said " nahi theek hai ,khush raho. Ye batao tum ishuta se kyun milna chahte ho ."

Mr bhalla - kyuki main ek baar Raman se milna chahta hoon .

N- kyun jo tumne pahle kiya hai uske saath wo kam kiya hai kya ,jo use aur pareshaan karna chahte ho .

Mr bhalla - I know you all hate me to the core and never wanted to see my face ,but..

Nani(cutting hik in mid)- - then why do you want to meet Raman .

Mr bhalla-because I want to clear every misunderstanding between us before I die .

Nani - misunderstanding? Wo koi misunderstanding nahi thi ,tumne meri beti ko dhoka diya tha .

Mr bhalla - nahi wo dhoka nahi tha ,main bas phas gaya tha .

Nani - phas gaye the ,you cheated on two women at same time and now you are telling that you were stuck .

Mr bhalla - I never wanted to cheat anyone, neither I did ,its just I chose Rajni (Abhi's mother)over Santosh . Beeji please bring Raman for once , I just want to talk to him .

Nani - tumhari himmat ki daad deni hogi , ye jaante huye ki hum sab tumse nafrat kartein hain ,tumhari itni himmat ki tum mujhse bolo ki main Raman ko le aaun .

Mr bhalla - haan beeji ,kyunki marne se pahle main aakri baar,aap sab ko mere side ki story batana chahta hoon ,after that its your will to either forgive me or not . Beeji aap bhi jaante ho ki marta hua insaan kabhi jhooth nahi bolta .Beeji please main bas apne bete se mil kar usse maafi maang kar use apne gale se lagana chahta hoon .

Mr bhalla's eyes got moist till he complete his sentence ,while Rajni ,his wife started crying and said " aap please aisi batein mat karo."

Abhi- dad we are trying na ,just don't talk like this .

Ishita looked at abhi and found he looks like a totally different guy ,he was all jolly in college and here he was looking like a responsible person . He kept his hand on his father's shoulder to support him ,Nani noticed this and said " you have your this son na ,why do you need Raman ?".

Mr bhalla - because he too is my son ,aur main apni responsibilties poori karne ke chakkar mein uske saath bahut galat kiya hai maine. I can't rectify it but wanna apologise for once before I die .

N- aur tumhe kyun lagta hai ki he will forgive you . Listen neither i m going to bring Raman to you nor he is going to forgive you . So save your sorry and all for yourself ,aaj bhi tum usse apne liye milna chahte ho na ki uske liye .

Rajni- aap please aisa mat kijiye . Aap nahi jaante lekin bhallaji ne kabhi bhi Raman ka saath nahi choda . He always wanted to be with him , but you people didn't allowed him near Raman after learning the truth . Apne divorce ke baad bhi wo Raman se milne jaate rahe but he himself refused to meet . Bhallaji even convinced Abhi to take admission in same courses which Raman is doing so that he can know about Raman's whereabout . Mijhe pata hai aapko meri baaton pe viswaas nahi hoga but its the truth.

Nani didn't said anything and remained silent as if trying to believe Rajni's word when Mr bhalla says " Abhi ne bataya that Raman has changed a lot after ishita has come in his life ,he also waid that Raman and ishita are very close, he trust her lot and is very much possessive about her . To maine socha ki agar main ishita se baat karun to, may be she can convince him to meet me leking achcha hua aap bhi aa gaye . Beeji aap maano chahe mat maano lekin main Raman ko bhi utna hi pyaar karta hoon jitna ki main abhi ko karta hoon . Abhi and Rajni are ready to welcome him as our family member , to main chahta hoon ki mere marne se pahle meri family ek ho jaaye . "

Nani was stiol silent and Mr bhalla continued " sach sach boliye beeji kya aap log nahi chahte ki Raman ko baap ka p6aar mile ,ek family ,ek ma ek bhai mile . I know you people have raken good care of him but you too have your own life ,yahaan wo bachcha akele rahta hai . Kam se kam wo agar hamare saath ragega to aapko uski chinta nahi hogi ."

Nani was still silent so Mr bhalla says again " kuch to boliye beeji ."

N- you wife is ready to accept him .

Mr bhalla (smiling a bit)- haan aur abhi bhi .

N- Om , jaisa ki tumne kaha ,that Raman likes ishita a lot aur wo uski saari baatein maanta hai ,so I think she is the right person to approach him about this thing . I can assure you that if Raman accepts you we will not stop him .

All got happy listening to this ,they spend some more time there then ishita and Nani returned back, on the way Nani told that she is happy for Raman but ishita has to talk to him about this . Ishita got nervous listening to this and told Nani that she is an outsider ,how can she talk about their family matters . Nani any how convinced ishita that she is the only one who can talk to Raman about his father and survive as he hates Mr bhalla a lot . Any how ishita got ready to talk to him .

It was evening ,they all had dinner and after that ishra has to go for their jobs . Both works in same call center and their shifts are also same so they have to go together . Ishita told Raman to go bit early as she want to go for a ride before reaching to their office . Raman agreed and both went ,on the way there was the a park , though it was close but there were some benches outside the park . Ishita told Raman to stop there and sit for sometimes as she has something very important to talk to him . Raman made faces and said

" kuch baat karni thi to ghar par hi kar leti ,yahaan raat mein baith kar kya baar karni hai tujhe . Ish tu khud bhi fasegi aur mujhe bhi fasayegi."

I- isme fasne fasaane ka kya hai ,mujhe baat karni hai kuch important.

R- pagal ladki ,agar police ne dekh liya na itna raat ko ek ladke ladki ko akele aise andhere mein bench par baithe to dande padenge samjhi .

I- aisa kuch nahi hoga ,tu aa na thodi der baat karni hai ,waise bhi Nani ko para hai ,kuch hoga to main unhe phone kar loongi .

R- nani ? Ab nani kahaan se aa gayi , kya chal raha hai tum logo ke beech .

I- agar 5 minute shaanti se baith jaayega to pata chal jaayega ,lekin tujhe to volte rahna hai . Ja mujhe tujhse baat hi nahi karni hai .

R- achcha bol kya bolna hai .

I- atfirst you promise me ,that you will listen to me fully ,then only will react .

R- aisi kya baat hai ,do you have any boyfriend. Kaun hai tune mujhe ...

I- chup chup ,bolne to de ,assume karna band kar .

R- ok tell .

I- atfirst promise me .

R- aise kaise .

I- to phir chod .

Saying so she got up ,Raman pulled her to him ,locked her in his arms and said " ab bol ,bina bole jaane nahi doonga ."

Ishita just closed her eyes feeling his proximity when he said " ish bol nahi to ...

Ishita opened her eyes and spoke softly " nahi to ...

R- nahi to ..nahi to..umm either I will kiss you .

Ishita's eyes widened listening to this ,she freed herself and said " baith batati hoon . Don't freak out ,just listen to me ."

R- aisa kya hai .

I- sun , yesterday when we went to college abhi talked to me .

R- us abhi ki to main ..

I- bola na listen to me .

Raman made a dirty face and said " achcha bol ."

Though Raman was getting upset but ishita didn't let him speak in mid and narrated everything . Raman glared ishita and said " I don't want his mercy ,mujhe nahi chahiye koi ma aur koi bhai ,I m good as I m ."

Ishita held his hand and spoke " Rams gussa hone ki baat nahi hai ."

R- to kaisi baat hai ,maine kaha na mere koi papa nahi hain .

I- Rams I know you love him alot and miss him somuch .

R- nahi aisa nahi hai ,unke bina bhi main achche se jee raha hoon aur tu meri dost hai na then why are you taking his side.

I- because I have seen his love for you in his eyes . Rams wo sach mein theek nahi hain agar unhe kuch ho gaya to sirf afsos karne ke alaawa kuch nahi rahega tere paas . Lets go and meet him , main tuhje sirf unse milne ke liye bol rahi hoon ,accept karne ke liye nahi . If you won't meet him now ,you will regret it for your life after he is gone .

R- but I will not talk to him.

I- mat bolna ,let him talk.

R- tu bhi chalegi meri saath?

I- ofcourse, wahaan kya tu mujhe kahin bhi le chale I will not complain .

R- kuch bhi .but abhi should have talked to me ,uski himmat kaise hui tujhse baat karne ki .

I- for the time being ,he is only son of his parents ,tu to baat karne se pahle hi uska murder kar deta .

R- haan wo bhi hai.

Ishita hit him playfully and said " tu sudheraga nahi na ."

R- tu mujhe aise hi pasand karti hai ,why I have to change .

I- kuch bhi ,who told you that I like you .

R- jab maine bola that I will kiss you , tune mujhe maara nahi rather you waited for the kiss .

I- as if you were actually going to kiss me .

R- tujhe sach mein kiss chahiye kya .

Saying so he bend a little while ishita actually got nervous ,she pushed him a little and said " police ne dekha na to dande padenge . We should leave now ."

Saying so she went to their bike while Raman ruffled his hair and said " I don't understand this girl , sometimes it feels that she like me sometimes it feels that I m only friend to her . Kitni buddhu hai ladki , saari duniye ki baat samjhti hai when she is going to understand about my feelings ."

Saying so he too went behind ishita .
