I think that the pills have been stopped.

According to ishu ,simmi has turned evil due to param.
In his absence the story is solely about kasam.

What will happen if ms ishita is locked up by Raman .Maybe with him.

Basically it is due to her presence of mind she is able to make Raman run around in circles while Raman suffers.
Is kasam greater to her than raman's heart ,mind n soul.
Who knows.He might even hate her if he turns normal while Shanno n ms ishita truth comes out.
One good thing that I see.
Raman does not remember his older children.Hence he is right in assuming to be young n getting restless for ms ishita.
Let him stay that way .
His older kids donot need him.They only need their mom.While he needs his ms ishita.Raman has not changed one bit .
He had already said it before.
He wants ishu for himself.
Let there be a business trip with overnight stay.
