I think Simmi is mixing the pills in Raman's breakfast, since she was desperately wanting Raman to have his breakfast. It was not out of concern

Adi also saw the burn patch on Ishita but she made an excuse, I think Adi wil work out Shanno is Ishita.

Good thing is Romi is helping Raman, but it will be better if Romi had told about the promise to Raman.

Why Dracula was so desperate to make raman eat that bf only ,he could have eat in his office also.

I think she must have mix pills while giving him bf, lunch n dinner whoever might have prepare it but she can easily mix the pills in just a minute while serving him.

Here ishita happily making him eat that only for a second when I saw ishita getting happy inside her ghaunghta I was like she must change the bf or do something but what she actually did was being my understanding , feeding him pills if Dracula have mix pills in it and making ishok bond more stranger in his mind.
