OK, I did watch the episode later yesterday night, to actually understand things better and from what I understood, I feel you are right with your points Swati 😊 :-

IMO, the plan looks to have started from the scene, where he is spewing venom at her. Ruhi's worry about IshRa not coming out for a long time is just an additional clue. Initially, Ishita has just asked him to stage the crass words drama and come back to the room. He did exactly that and Ishita also rushed in behind him. There was no proper planning then. The actual discussion between them, the planning, the anguish of the separation, the hug everything might have happened in the room and all the while there was complete silence. Only when they were about to come down, he shouted on her, to show that they were actually fighting all the while and then dragged her. So Raman asking her what was the need for the suitcase, when he exactly spoke what she wanted him to, was during this gap. Also, the second time, he went inside, Ishita did not go behind him and was standing still, looking sad. It looks pretty clear where the plan started.😊
Also I feel that, if Raman really felt that Ishita was the reason for Pihu going away and wanted her to leave him, he could have very well told Pihu that he will leave Ishita forever and be with her & ask her not to leave along with shagun. He literally begged in front of Pihu, shagun and even told Pihu that he will ensure that Ishita does not come near her. If he considered Pihu as the priority over Ishita, having said so much, he can even say that he will ask Ishita to leave.Right? Why will he come back and ask Ishita to leave when his daughter has already gone? He could have very well brought his daughter the very moment and asked Ishita to move out? Right? I have a feeling that there might be one more IshRa scene, where Raman comes back from Pihu's house and breaks down in front of Ishita and that is when Ishita asked him to even speak those words. May be we did not get to see them in the segments.😕 .Just my guess. So for me, everything apart from the initial questions about counselor and hiding was staged. I'm confident about that and would like to firmly believe that way, unless the makers prove me wrong. I have no qualms about being proved wrong.😆😊.

KP was phenomenal in the episode 👏👏👏 and IMO, he overshadowed DT to an extent, probably because of the Pihu scene as well. DT was outstanding as well.👏👏 The pain of separation and angst was quite evident in the last scene and once Mr.Bhallla asked him to leave, there was a lengthy eye-lock between the two. That was awesome. Looks like this was the scene, where KP cried buckets and his eyes became completely red. It was quite visible in that scene.

Having said all this, I really don't understand the need for such a OTT drama for separation. Repeating the same crass dialogues again and again and Raman trying to get physical with her was definitely uncalled for. 🤢. It is exaggeration to extremes🤔. This is actually a stupid planning.
The plan could very well have been, Raman leaving the house in the midnight, only with Ishita's knowledge, without informing anyone, leaving just a letter behind, saying that his daughter is his life, he cannot see her go away just like that and hence he has decided to move out of the family. More than enough. That would as well create the same hate that the makers wants to forcefully create for Raman among the family and the kids.😳😆. Khair. May be they wanted to show that the entire family would have stood by Ishita during the last leap as well, if she had not decided to go away and commit suicide. 😕.
