And most importantly Shagun is shown as 100% smarter than IshRa - she knows Ishita won't tell Raman & she knows Raman will jump to anger...and bam she wins. Yet, only Raman is blamed for "falling into her trap" 😆

But I think the main problem for ishita v/s raman is their fights are not balanced. ishita taking all blames and not answering back even if she is not at fault.i m not telling about this Kunal fiasco but about pihu knowing about her truth incident.she was hurt by whatever raman said but when he realised his mistake she already apologised him and asked him not to feel sorry.this actions makes her more pitiable and make raman as a janwar.Also she didn't question him for leaving the mandap and she didn't question him for not writing her name in birth certificate and so many.it is being projected as ishita forgives all Raman's actions and raman doesn't do that in return.i'm not against raman's anger.he gets angry in the situations in which any normal human will react in the same way.but it's becoz of ishitha's Mahaan attitude it looks like raman is always angry and ishita is the one to bear the brunt of his anger.but before leap ishita was not like this.even if raman blames her for anything she used to give him back or Atleast be angry with him. Nowadays she is not getting angry for anything.she is taking all the blame which is sad and this becomes the reason for viewers to get angry on raman. I don't know y cvs want to project their leads like this.

Why ishra are not using pihu's safety as means to win her custody?...pihu was found locked inside a car which was shagun's negligence and police are aware of that incident...now with this suicide attempt of pihu ishra can definitely file for custody as right now pihu's safety is shagun's responsibility since pihu's custody is with her...no matter for what reason pihu has attempted that but shagun should be answerable to judge since she could not prevent this extreme step taken by a 7 years old kid...she just can't say that she was busy or not at home...imo

but one things I should mentioned in BT history no vamps hurt kids as shagun did , no vamps be low in her act as shagun

Let us wait for the actual scenes yaar. Yes, if he blames Ishita for disclosing the truth or being responsible for Pihu's suicide it is wrong, but blaming Ishita for spoiling the one chance they had to get back Pihu with the help of a specialist lawyer is not wrong. Ishita is also at fault for taking this fiasco in hand and acting immaturely and senselessly. I hope you understand what I mean. No offence to you though. I just thought that I can freely share my thought with you.😊

no offence taken priya and I do agree with u ishita is also at fault for taking things in her hands and not informing others about it I believe that they could atleast inform romi since he is mihikas husband

From what we have seen in the segments though he had a problem with HOW it was done...Kunal essentially succeeded in putting a poor image on Mihika and Ishita which not only lost them a lawyer to help get Pihu back but also gave Shagun more ammo in spite of Shagun's sheer neglegance of Pihu until this staged suicide where she directly endangered her. If I remember correctly, there was a segment Taman tried to explain to Kunal that ashok was using him - now it remains to see if Kunal comes to believe he was misguided or is genuinely selfish for his brother'/ seat...and only Romi and Mihir, his friends, can dispell that myth.

No woman's character should be maliagned but what the problem is not only did Kunal refuse the case but until now in the character's POV Shagun had the advantage.

As for not looking for another lawyer - I though he tried to legally work in role swap...then both IshRa forgot Pihu during double A nonsense...and now they may show it like Nidhi where Kunal is the only chance as no one else things IshRa can win bc IshRa in a majboor unfortunate spot is how this show ticks

I think mikha & ishita will get suecss this time to have strong proof against shagun to reopen custody case with out kunal help will push shagun to run away with pihu
