PART THREE

On reaching to their home, Ishita entered with Ruhi with a fake smile over her sad face which showed she wasn't affected anymore by the incident, took place recently..like someone returned into her life like a storm and demanded entry in her heart by seeking forgiveness. But it wasn't easy for her to do so. Yeah, it's not. She can not simply forgive him who gave so much to suffer. No. She can't. But right now, she was pretending to be normal as if nothing had happened and she was happy like ever with her little daughter, Ruhi.

"Ruu baby, go and freshen up while Mumma is preparing something special for you." Commanded Ishita while closing the door, before dropping her purse and Ruhi's school bag on the nearby couch.

Listening to this, Ruhi halted her steps and turned around to ask with sheer curiosity, "And what's that Mumma?"

"You will get to know bachcha. Just go and change into your casuals." She replied planting a feathery kiss over her kid's forehead.

Ruhi nodded smiling and obeyed her mum's command.

"Bhai..are you serious..I mean really..did you meet Bhabhi?"

Mihir expressed his astonishment and happiness over the phone to Raman.

To this, Raman narrated him whole scenario with a huge grin as well as priceless tears were escaping from his eyes in excitement, "Yup Mihir..I saw her..I met her..actually I talked to her..and you know what yaar..I saw my Ruu..my daughter..yaar Mihir! Can you believe this?"

He poured his feelings to him which were unable to be expressed for the moment now.

Mihir could sense how happy Raman was! Just by listening him, listening his voice. There was relief, peace and most important it was contented. Anybody could assume it was the most beautiful moment for him in his life, as if achieving the most prized possession after a long time.

"I know Bhai..what you must be feeling..it's great. I can believe it's not less than a miracle for you, Bhai. Finally, you got Bhabhi huh..for whom you had been craving these six years..and Ruhi..Bhai, along with you I am dyeing to meet my little champ." He shared his feelings in return while a thin sheet of tears had already formed in his eyes as he was the one who had seen Raman battling with his life for the sake of Ishita & Ruhi. He was only there who had witnessed Raman's critical condition in absence of his family. He was literally in the last stages of his death but a little ray of hope was lying within him, which escaped him from this tragedy to cause.

Raman spoke, "Mihir, do one thing. Cancel my flight and do my arrangements. My Ishita is unaware of every mishaps..and I will have to clarify everything before things turn worst for me. I hope you're getting me, aren't you?"

"Ya, I am getting. You just be relaxed and find ways to woo her. I know my Bhabhi very well..she can't afford to stay away from you any longer. You just explain everything to her Bhai. Okay? And chill, I am trying to collect informations about her whereabouts." Mihir recommended to Raman.

"Hmm." Raman nodded in agreement and disconnected the call, after giving him instructions..what to do and what not to do.

A serene smile crept over his lips after a very long time, he was contented after meeting her. It wasn't a good one but atleast he saw her and his angel Ruhi worked like a miracle for him. He was happy for it.

He mumbled under his breathe, "Now..I can't wait Ishu to have you in my arms..I can't wait to play with my Ruu. I have missed all of these beautiful moments of my life..but not anymore. We will make new more altogether. And that's going to happen very soon." There was determination in his thought that he would definitely manofy his wife after clearing the confusion she has been keeping since she assumed he left her!

AT ISHITA's HOME:

"Mumma..what's there special in lunch?" little Ruhi asked innocently while roaming her eyes on the bowl kept over the dining table.

To her question, Ishita responded after settling down on the chair, "Hmm..so my Ruu wants to know what her Mumma has made for her?"

She asked with excitement to know her daughter's answer.

"Yes, ofcourse Mumma." Ruhi said impatiently.

Ishita smiled seeing her having patience for long. She couldn't keep her like this anymore. Seeing her innocensy, she removed the cover from the bowl and said happily, "It's Palak Paneer, baby. My Ruu's favourite. Haina bachcha?"

Ruhi drew her eyes big, bounded with happiness and thanked while clapping, "Thank you so much Mumma. I love you, you're the best."

Seeing her so happy within a small surprise, Ishita smiled widely in remembrance of someone who too was always impressed by such small surprises she made for him. She stretched her arms for embracing her angel.

Ruhi came out from her seat and hugged Ishita, after coming closer. Ishita embraced her and remained for sometime.

"It was my pleasure, Ruu. After this, we will have your favourite ice-cream. Okay?"

"Yay! Thank you."

"Most welcome, baby."

Ishita pecked her cheeks and made her sit on her lap and started feeding her while Ruhi enjoyed having it and on the other hand, Ishita was drowned in her memory lane as she fed her some morsels.

"Ramann..I am sorry na baba. See, I am feeling apologetic for my deed." Ishita seeked forgiveness from Raman, holding her both ears with her hands, respectively.

But to her apology, no response came.

Ishita made a puppy face and turned his face towards her and spoke, "Raman...stop being cranky, sweetheart. Dekho naa..main maafi maang rahi hoon na." she tried wooing him, while settling herself beside him.

"Don't talk to me Ishu..go and attend your patients..they are more important for you than me. I am nothing to you na? You just leave me alone. It's me who is mad for you..takes a day off from office to spend some quality time with you but you..being busy, always avoids me." Finally Raman spoke, bursting his anger over her for being so ignorant towards him. He appeared an angry pout over his face at the end and looked away, trying to avoid looking at her.

Ishita smiled at his childish complain. He was being so annoyed just for this silly thing. She thought.

She again turned his face towards her and spoke, scooping his cheeks in her palms, "Look at me Raman..look at me." She ordered softly which compelled him to obey her like an obedient baby. Whereas she continued, "There's nothing like you think Raman. I was just busy this morning..I had a lot of clients to attend na sweetheart, that's why I wasn't receiving your calls and moreover, my mobile wasn't with me. When my receptionist told me you had left a message for me to meet me here..I rushed towards you and here you see me! I am sorry I was being ignorant. From now onwards, I promise I won't let this happen again." She said in a determined yet apologetic tone.

Raman spoke cutely, "Pakka?"

Ishita smiled at him and said, "Yes."

He too shared a smile with her and in no seconds, wounded his arms around her and said, "Ishu..I love you na. I want to see you all time. And when I don't, I feel so restless."

She too encircled her arms around him and replied resting her head on his shoulder, "I know Raman you love me a lot. If our situations are same...then why don't we find a way to solve the issue?"

Raman said with a blush over his face, "Well, I have one."

Ishita asked narrowing her eyes, "What?"

"We should get married."

Ishita quickly raised her face and looked at him for few seconds while he knew this was coming. He smiled at her innocent expression.

"Do you really mean it?" she asked shockingly.

"Ofcourse, I do." He spoke caressing her angelic face. "See I've this idea..we will get married then it will be little bit easy for us. We will be together all the time after our office and clinic. So, we won't be fighting for making time for each other. Right?"

She blushed at his words, at his thinking. She felt so lucky at that time to have him in her life. He had the solution for each and every silly problems, like he had for now.

She giggled with him and said, "Hmm..I think you're right. But before that you should have an idea that how your future wife cooks." She took out lunchbox from her bag which she carried with her to woo him so that he can forget for what he was angry on.

Raman asked surprisingly, "Wow Ishu, you have made it?"

"Yaa. Taste and tell me how's it? It's your favourite Palak Paneer."

A smile crept over his lips listening favourite' from her. She knew him so well that she brought his all time favourite food to woo him. It meant special for him. She knew much about him.

He broke his trance after admiring her fully and spoke, "You feed me na by your hands."

"Okay." She nodded happily.

She tore chapatti, dipped it in Palak Paneer and forwaded it to him lovingly. He took it and started munching it enjoying its taste.

"How's it?" Ishita asked whether he liked it or not.

"Wow..it's delicious, sweetheart."

He admired her honestly and said, "Now let me feed you." Saying this, he took a morsel and did the same like she did, with so much love.

Ishita took the bite with unshed tears and enjoyed their quality time, sitting near a pond.

"Mumma..where are you lost?" Ruhi shook Ishita, with her tiny palms.

Ishita's trance broke down and she returned from her flashback with moist eyes.

"What happened Mumma?" Ruhi asked innocently.

"Huh..nothing baby. You go to your room while I am coming with ice-cream. Okay?" she ordered and walked into her kitchen in pretext of hiding her tears which were making way to roll down whereas Ruhi nodded and went to her room after enjoying her meal.

Ishita put the plate in the sink and closed her eyes to relive her memories, she spent with Raman. Those memories..which were captured just few time ago, when they were about to get married. Tears ran off from her eyes and she allowed as well. As she was pretending to be normal infront of Ruhi, but deep inside, she was battling with her heart and mind for her future..with Raman.
